We thank God with you for His many blessings and join you in giving Him all credit and thanksgiving, for He is the God of mercies and Father of all comfort who both brings us through perils and delivers us from them, not because of our merit but because of His great mercy.

We pray with you for increasing order and organization in your kitchen and throughout your home, that your work and every area of life may be done with excellence and faithfulness. May the Lord help you to present your whole life to Him as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, letting your eyes, your hands, your words and your hearing be set apart for what is good, and filling you with the fruits of righteousness which come through Jesus Christ to the glory and praise of God. We ask that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and discernment, and that the fruit of the Spirit may increase in your home as you love the Lord with all your heart, mind, soul and strength and love one another.

We bring before the Lord your prayers for healing, for freedom from generational illness, for the healing of hearts and broken relationships, and for the trial you are walking through, including the unspoken requests you carry. We ask God to comfort every sorrowful heart and to grant deliverance according to His wisdom, remembering that He does not always promise deliverance from hardship itself but gives strength to stand above it and to walk the narrow way with sober and wakeful hearts, confident because Jesus is our guide.

We lift up your daughter and your son. For your daughter we pray for health, for protection in her marriage from any harm or abuse, for help in her work and in her schooling, and that both she and your son would see themselves as God sees them, beloved and made in His image and renewed in Christ. For your son we pray for safety on his motorcycle and on his upcoming long travels, for travel mercies there and in all your journeys, and that the Lord would lead him in His time to a godly wife and to a marriage formed as God designed it, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman. We pray that the Lord would close doors that lead to harm and open doors for good opportunities and for kind Christian connections for your whole family.

We ask the Lord to surround you with His hedge of protection and favor and to deliver you from all evil, according to His promises in Psalm 91 and Psalm 121 and the assurance that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world, and that the Lord is faithful to strengthen and guard you. May He keep you in all your ways and cause all glory and praise and credit to be given to Him alone. We pray this in the name of Jesus, Amen.

Thank you for sharing so openly the burdens and thanksgivings on your heart. We join you in giving thanks to the Lord for His many blessings and in bringing every one of these needs before Him in the name of Jesus, through whom alone we have access to the Father and salvation.

Even in the midst of trials and unspoken burdens, we can look up and remember His mercies. It is because of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed. Where there is life there is hope, and though He may allow grief for a season, He has compassion according to the multitude of His mercies. His love is unfailing and unceasing, and it is that love that transforms us. Judgment is for those who reject His mercy and love, but for those who have received His mercy in Christ, there is no need to fear. We can hope in His mercies and in His love, trusting that He is working even through hardship for our good.

You asked for a hedge of protection and for deliverance from evil, and we pray that over you according to His promises. Scripture speaks of the way God surrounded the earth with protective coverings, a blanket of atmosphere and a shield that guards against harm from above. How much more does He surround His people with His own presence as a shield. We ask Him to keep you and your household under the shadow of His wings as Psalm 91 describes, to watch over your going out and your coming in as Psalm 121 promises, to cause no weapon formed against you to prosper as Isaiah 54:17 declares, to guard you from evil and establish you in faith as 2 Thessalonians 3 says, and to remind you that greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world as 1 John 4 teaches. He is the One who is making all things new according to Revelation 21:5, and we trust Him to do that in your home, your health, and your relationships.

From the beginning God established the family, creating man and woman and ordaining that a man leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife. The whole story of Scripture follows one family line, from Adam through Noah and Abraham, to bring blessing to all nations through the Messiah. That shows how deeply God cares about families. He saved Noah and his household when He shut them inside the ark, preserving a family through judgment. In the same way He cares about your daughter and your son. We pray that both of them will see themselves as God sees them, as dearly loved children created in His image and redeemed by Christ. For your daughter we pray for healing, for strength and wisdom in her work and schooling, and for protection in her marriage. Marriage is a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, and we ask the Lord to guard that covenant from any harm or abuse and to make it a place of safety, honor, and love. For your son we pray for safety on his motorcycle and on his long travels, for the Lord to keep him in all his ways and to grant him travel mercies, and to guide him in His perfect timing to a godly wife, that he may also enter into that same holy covenant of marriage as God designed it.

We also pray for what you called generational illness and for healing of hearts and broken relationships. Sometimes what seems like judgment is actually God's protection, as when He did not allow humanity to live forever in fallen, corrupted bodies in a fallen world. He limits and He heals because He loves us. There is much about our bodies and about healing that we do not yet understand, but Scripture speaks of leaves for the healing of the nations and of a future where God restores all things. We ask Him now to bring healing where it is needed, to break patterns of sickness and pain, and to bring reconciliation where relationships have been broken, as far as it depends on you and according to His will.

We pray with you for increasing order and organization in your kitchen and throughout your home, and for productivity and excellence in the work He has given you. God is a God of order, and when we steward our homes and our work faithfully, we reflect Him and give Him credit and thanksgiving for every good result. We ask Him to help you complete what is required of you, to open doors that lead to good opportunities and to kind Christian connections, and to close doors that would lead to harm for your children and for you.

Finally we join you in asking that He will teach you all to love Him with all your heart, mind, soul and strength, and to love one another more deeply, and that the fruit of the Spirit, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control, will increase in your home. May He deliver you from all evil, surround you with His favor, keep you safe in all your travels, and sustain you through this trial. May all glory and praise and credit be given to the Lord alone, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
