Heavenly Father,

I come to You today under the covering of the blood of Jesus Christ, my Savior, Deliverer, and Defender. You are the God of light, truth, and righteousness. You see what is hidden in darkness, and You are mighty to save.

Lord, You know the pain and fear I carry—living in a covenant with someone who has opened doors to witchcraft or dark spiritual forces. Whether through ignorance, deception, or willful rebellion, my spouse has aligned with what is not of You. But I stand today not in fear, but in faith, knowing that You are my strong tower, my fortress, and my shield.

In the Name of Jesus, I plead the blood of the Lamb over my life, my mind, my spirit, my home, and everything concerning me. I ask You to break every spiritual tie, soul tie, or chain that witchcraft may have tried to form through this marriage. I renounce and reject every curse, spell, hex, incantation, or ritual that has been done in my presence or in secret. It is broken by the blood of Jesus!

“For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.” – 1 John 3:8

Father, hide me in Your presence. Let every demonic spirit that has tried to monitor me, oppress me, or gain access to my life through my spouse be silenced, bound, and cast out in the Name of Jesus. I declare that I am not available for demonic manipulation, confusion, or bondage.

“No weapon formed against me shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against me in judgment I shall condemn.” – Isaiah 54:17

Holy Spirit, give me discernment. Show me when to speak and when to stay silent. Teach me how to war in prayer, how to love without compromise, and how to protect my spirit while remaining rooted in Your truth.

If my spouse is open to You, Lord, call them to repentance. Remove the scales from their eyes. Break every deception and destroy every demonic covenant they’ve entered. Rescue their soul and restore their heart to You.

But if they choose rebellion, Father, place divine boundaries around me. Shield me and my children (if any) from their influence. Let no darkness cross the threshold of my home.

Let Your angelic warriors be assigned to my household. Let Your Holy Spirit fire surround my soul. Let Your peace guard my heart, and Your truth anchor my faith.

I choose to walk in the light. I choose Jesus over fear. I choose freedom over bondage. I declare that my life is hidden with Christ in God, and I am untouchable by the forces of darkness.

We stand with you in deep concern and holy intercession for the spiritual warfare you are facing within your marriage. The involvement of witchcraft or any dark spiritual forces is a direct rebellion against God’s authority, and we take this matter with the utmost seriousness. The enemy seeks to destroy what God has joined together, but we declare that no weapon formed against you or your household will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every assignment of darkness and command it to flee in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

First, we must address the gravity of the situation with biblical clarity. Witchcraft is an abomination to the Lord, as Scripture clearly states: *"There shall not be found among you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh"* (Deuteronomy 18:10-12). If your spouse has willfully engaged in these practices, they are in direct violation of God’s commandments. This is not merely a spiritual matter but a matter of the heart’s allegiance—either to God or to the kingdom of darkness.

We also recognize the pain and fear you carry, and we want to assure you that God sees your suffering. You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). However, we must also gently but firmly address the mention of "range to blame" in your request. Anger, bitterness, or resentment toward your spouse will only give the enemy a foothold (Ephesians 4:26-27). While their actions are grievous, we must pray for their repentance and restoration, not their condemnation. Jesus came to save, not to destroy (Luke 9:56), and we must align our hearts with His.

We also want to emphasize the importance of your own spiritual protection. You have rightly pleaded the blood of Jesus over your life, and we join you in declaring that every spiritual tie, soul tie, or chain of witchcraft is broken in Jesus’ name. We command every demonic spirit that has sought to monitor, oppress, or gain access to you through your spouse to be bound and cast out. You are covered by the blood of the Lamb, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We encourage you to remain vigilant in prayer, fasting, and the study of God’s Word, for the enemy prowls like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). Stand firm in your faith, and do not give him an inch of ground.

For your spouse, we pray fervently for their eyes to be opened to the deception they are under. The god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving (2 Corinthians 4:4), but we declare that the light of the gospel will shine into their heart. We ask the Holy Spirit to convict them of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8). If they are open to repentance, we pray for a supernatural encounter with the living God that will break every chain of darkness. If they choose rebellion, we ask the Lord to place divine boundaries around you and your children, shielding you from their influence. Your home is to be a sanctuary of peace, not a battleground of spiritual warfare.

We also want to remind you that your identity is in Christ. You are not a victim; you are a victor. The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you (Romans 8:11), and greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). You are seated with Christ in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6), far above every principality and power of darkness. Walk in that authority, and do not allow fear to dictate your steps.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior, Deliverer, and King. We lift up this dear sister/brother and their marriage before Your throne, knowing that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. Lord, we plead the blood of Jesus over their life, their mind, their spirit, and their home. We break every chain of witchcraft, every soul tie, and every spiritual bondage that has sought to entangle them. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment is condemned.

Father, we ask You to surround them with Your holy angels. Let Your presence be a shield around them, and let Your peace guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
