THANK YOU for the link of support to this site. Honestly, it did no good. The original reply (as well as the several others to my issues) was very quick - leading me to believe there was no investigation. The person (named ###) did not seem to fully read my issues - evidenced by his response. Also, he outright told me to investigate (the many) problem issues and send him what I found. Also, his replies were technical, contradictory and, seemingly a minimization and "brushing off" of my problems. Thank you anyway! .... I prayed for your requests...

I am sooo sorry this did not help I can't imagine how frustrating it must be for you! I am so glad/thankful you are here!! Continuing in prayer for resolutions for these issues, your requests posted and those that do not make it onto the site!! Thank you so much for alll of your prayers

We’ve interceded for your safety in travel, for wisdom in speech, and for His hedge of protection to surround you at all times.

Sharing how God has worked not only encourages your own faith but strengthens ours as well.
