Protection of Sunday & Beyond Rom 11:25 USA Resists Rising Global Antisemitism, Persecution of Christians, Earth Help Woman by Swallowing False Doctrine & Persecution of Dragon Rev 12:16 Government Restrains Evil Rom 13:1-4 No Bribery Isa 33:15

Father -- it just turned 9/11 here and I sense there are plans against our country, leaders and Armed Forces. We pray you would save, counsel, heal, protect and GUIDE those in authority... I ask for formation of alliances for the non-goat countries, the people of them that want democracy, free speech and GOSPEL PROCLAMATION -- 1 Tim 2:1-2, 3-4. Give angels charge and strengthen the Intercessor Groups (and teams, individuals, prayer sites) that pray for the country and its leaders and help us live the gospel and know what to say and how to say it John 12:49 -- but as we can always do better -- let us not remain silent at a time such as this, we miss a big opportunity, Esther 4:14 -- and we may be intercessors for this exact time as we pray for the peace and salvation of Jerusalem and Israel, Ps 122:6, Isaiah 62:6-7, Rom 10:1-3, Rom 11:25-27.

Please forgive the U.S. for caving in to the demonic and rampant antisemitism and not stopping persecution of believers worldwide -- on the global scale we've done little, Dan 9:20... "Do good when it is within your power to do so, do not delay doing what is right for a more convenient time by delaying it to another day," Prov 3:27-28. Please raise up people to take the place of that inspired young man they killed last year on campus. Bless the ministry and his wife and family -- the children and those inspired by him -- not that they have to be overly political or extremely at the expense of the gospel, just aware of what God and the devil are doing, see signs of times, Matt 16:3...

Remember those in chains, Heb 13:3, Col 4:18, We pray for our leaders -- Not only apologists, but government as established by God, John 19:11, but church leaders like Peter for whom corporate prayer resulted in DELIVERANCE after the murder of James -- Acts 12:1-6. We join with you in this burden for protection this Sunday and beyond and we lift up those whose names are withheld for privacy before the Lord, asking that He surround them with favor as with a shield.

For you bless the righteous, Yahweh. You surround him with favor as with a shield Psalm 5:12. We ask for that covering over your loved ones, over our leaders, over our Armed Forces, and over this nation in a time when we discern that evil plans are being formed against them. We agree with you concerning the anniversary of 9/11 and the sense of danger that remains, and we pray as you have asked that God would save, counsel, heal, protect and guide those in authority.

We pray as Scripture commands, I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence 1 Tim 2:1-2. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth 1 Tim 2:3-4. We pray for the formation of godly alliances among the nations that are not given over to rebellion against God, those peoples who still desire democracy, free speech, and the open proclamation of the gospel, that the Word may run and be glorified.

We thank God that you have interceded so faithfully and Scripturally. The government is ordained by God for good, for rulers are not a terror to the good work, but to the evil Romans 13:3. For he is a servant of God to you for good Romans 13:4. Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God Romans 13:1. We pray that our government would fulfill its God given role to restrain evil, to execute wrath upon him who does evil Romans 13:4, and to walk in integrity, he who walks righteously and speaks blamelessly, he who despises the gain of oppressions, who gestures with his hands, refusing to take a bribe Isa 33:15. We pray that bribery and corruption would be exposed and removed and that justice would not be delayed, as you quoted, Don't withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it. Don't say to your neighbor, Go, and come again, tomorrow I will give it to you, when you have it by you Prov 3:27-28.

We stand with you against the rising global antisemitism and the persecution of the church. This is demonic and must be rebuked. God has not cast away His people, and we pray with understanding of the mystery, that a hardening has happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in, and so all Israel will be saved Romans 11:25-27. We pray for the peace of Jerusalem, Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Those who love you will prosper Psalm 122:6. We set ourselves as watchmen as you prayed, I have set watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem, they will never be silent day nor night Isaiah 62:6, and we join you in Romans 10:1, that our heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is that they may be saved. We also remember the vision of Revelation, the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed up the river which the dragon spewed out of his mouth Rev 12:16, and we pray that the Lord would cause even the earth and the nations to help and protect His people from false doctrine and from the persecution of the dragon, and that the United States would be among those who resist this evil rather than caving in to it. We join your confession on behalf of our nation after the pattern of Daniel, while I was speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel Dan 9:20, asking forgiveness where we have been silent or complicit.

We agree for angelic protection and for strength for every intercessor group, team, individual and prayer site that stands in the gap for this country. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways Psalm 91:11. Help us to live the gospel and to know what to say and how to say it, for as Jesus said, the Father who sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak John 12:49. We pray that we will not remain silent at such a time as this, for if you remain silent at this time, then relief and deliverance will come to the Jews from another place Esther 4:14. Give us courage to speak the truth in love and to discern the signs of the times, you know how to discern the face of the sky, but you can't discern the signs of the times Matt 16:3.

We remember with you that inspired young man who was killed last year on campus, and we ask God to comfort and bless his wife, his children, and his ministry, and to raise up many more to take his place, not to be merely political but to be bold witnesses of the gospel who understand what God is doing and what the enemy is doing. We pray they would not be silenced by fear.

We remember those in chains as you asked, Remember those who are in bonds, as bound with them Heb 13:3, Remember my bonds Col 4:18, and we pray for deliverance for church leaders and for all persecuted believers worldwide, as the church prayed earnestly for Peter when James had been killed with the sword and Peter was kept in prison, but prayer was made earnestly to God for him by the assembly Acts 12:5, and God delivered him.

We thank you for praying in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him we have access to the Father, and we rejoice that you have come boldly to the throne.

We pray now together, Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We ask for Your shield of favor and Your angelic charge over our families, our leaders, our military, and our congregations this Sunday and in the days beyond. Guide the President, Congress, judges, governors, and all in authority with Your counsel and heal our land. Grant wisdom to our commanders and protection to every service member. Forgive us as a nation for tolerating antisemitism and for doing so little to stop the persecution of Your church worldwide, and awaken us to do good while it is in our power. Raise up a new generation of bold, gospel centered witnesses to replace those who have been martyred, and strengthen their families. Strengthen every intercessor and give us words from You that we may not be silent but speak Your truth with grace. Restrain evil through righteous government, remove bribery and corruption, and let the United States stand with Israel and with Your suffering church. Deliver those in chains and let the earth itself help Your people against the flood of lies and violence. We cast all our anxiety on You and ask for Your peace which surpasses all understanding to guard our hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus Phil 4:6-7. We ask all this in Jesus' name, amen.

We hear the weight you are carrying as this anniversary has come around again, and the burden you feel for our country, for those who serve and lead, and for the church and Jewish people here and around the world.

Thank you for standing in the gap the way you are. Your love for the gospel, for Israel, for persecuted believers, and for those in authority comes through clearly, and we are joining you in asking the Lord for protection over this Sunday and the days beyond, for wisdom and restraint of evil, and for courage for those who pray and speak truth.

It is a lot to hold at once, and it can help to narrow your focus so prayer stays steady and not overwhelming. One simple next step that helps many intercessors is to choose a set time on Sunday and one or two trusted others to agree together in prayer, even briefly, for the specific people and places most on your heart, and then to step away from the news cycle and rest in the Lord's care for the rest of the day.

Father, we lift this Sunday and the week ahead to You. We ask You to guard and guide those in authority, to protect those who serve, to comfort Jewish communities facing hatred and believers facing persecution, and to strengthen those who intercede faithfully. Give wisdom to know what to say and when to speak, and peace that guards hearts as we trust You. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer has come as a true burden of intercession, and it is right that it should be carried at once and boldly unto the Throne of Grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

I join you in asking the Lord to set His favour as a shield round about His people on this Lord's Day and in the days beyond it, according to that word, Thou, Lord, wilt bless the righteous, with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield. In a time when the memory of great evil done against this nation returns, it is meet to pray for those in authority and for those who bear the sword, that the Lord would save, counsel, heal, protect and guide them. We are taught to make supplication for kings and for all that are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty, for this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour, who will have all men to be saved and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. So we ask that angels may have charge over those who watch for our safety, that intercessors, whether in companies or in secret closets, may be strengthened, and that the Lord would give to His people what to say and how to say it, not remaining silent at such a time as this.

You do well to plead against the rising tide of antisemitism and the persecution of the church of Christ. The earth is yet to help the woman by swallowing the flood cast out by the dragon, and we pray that the Lord would restrain that flood of false doctrine and cruelty. We pray for the peace of Jerusalem and for the salvation of Israel, that the veil may be taken away and that they may look upon Him whom they have pierced, for the apostle has written that blindness in part is happened to Israel until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in, and that so all Israel shall be saved. Let us keep watch upon the walls as those of whom Isaiah speaks, who give the Lord no rest till He establish Jerusalem a praise in the earth.

Concerning government, we remember that there is no power but of God, and that the powers that be are ordained of God as His ministers to be a terror to evil and a praise to them that do well, bearing not the sword in vain. We pray therefore that the Lord would make this nation an instrument to restrain evil and not to delay to do good when it is in the power of the hand to do it. May those who rule walk in the way of him that walketh righteously and speaketh uprightly, who despiseth the gain of oppressions and shaketh his hands from holding of bribes.

You have asked also that the Lord would not leave Himself without a witness after the murder of that young man whose voice was lately heard upon the campus. We commend his wife and children and all that labour in that field to the God of all comfort, praying that the Lord would raise up many to speak plainly and meekly of Christ and of His truth, discerning the signs of the times. Learn from your Lord how to be mighty in intercession, for you may not all be able to speak to men for God, but you can all speak with God for men. Cultivate a habit of open hearted boldness. We have no need to become a nuisance by intrusion, yet when the Lord opens a door, speak for yourself. With meekness and fear give a reason for the hope that is in you, and be ready, as that blind man was, to bear reproach for His name.

We remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them, and those who suffer adversity. As the church made prayer without ceasing for Peter when James had been slain with the sword, and the Lord delivered him, so we now pray for deliverance for those in chains and for those appointed to die, that the word of the Lord may have free course and be glorified.

May the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus, and may you be found faithful in this very hour for which, perhaps, you have come into the kingdom.
