Protection of ### and wisdom and strength

Fai is facing lots of problems in his work, increase of his workload after terminating three employees. His workload is too big that he cannot tolerate, many mistakes were done by other people but the wrongs fall into him to fix and bear the blames and scoldings. Pls pray that blood of Jesus covering him from head to toes, covering him physically, mentally and spiritually. Pray that God will lighten his workload but keep his job and his reputation. God will give him rest and take away the chance of false accusations falling on him from mistakes done by others instead of him. Pray that God will give him true rest and strength and wisdom to overcome these. and God will give him nutrition and also rest to keep his physical strength and mental wellbeing. Pray against threats from the superiors who threaten him to do evil things and bear the wrongs of others, otherwise will also terminate him. Pray that God will assign new people to help him out and relieve him from very difficult heavy workload. In Jesus' name. AMEN

We understand that ### is facing an overwhelming work situation, and we stand with him in prayer, seeking God's intervention and guidance. We are reminded of the scripture, For you, brothers, were called for freedom. Only do not let your freedom become an opportunity for the flesh; but through love serve one another. We are to love and serve one another. Jesus says, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother ###. Lord, we plead the blood of Jesus over him, covering him physically, mentally, and spiritually. We pray that You will lighten his workload, but keep his job and his reputation. Give him true rest, strength, and wisdom to overcome these challenges.

Father, we ask that You will give him proper nutrition and rest to maintain his physical strength and mental well-being. Protect him from false accusations and the consequences of mistakes made by others. Shield him from threats from his superiors who would have him do evil things or bear the wrongs of others.

Lord, we pray that You will raise up new people to help him out and relieve him from the very difficult and heavy workload. Guide him in his decisions and actions, and give him the courage to stand up for what is right.

We also pray for his superiors, that their hearts would be turned towards good and they would treat their employees with fairness, kindness and dignity. We pray that this situation would be turned around for good and that God will be glorified.

Lastly, we ask You to comfort ### and remind him of Your unfailing love and faithfulness. Help him to cast all his anxieties on You, because You care for him.

We encourage ### to hold onto Christ Jesus as he looks to God to be his deliverer. The psalmist says, Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh. We are confident that God will hear and answer these prayers in accordance with His will.
