Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We come before the throne of grace with you, lifting up the burdens of your workplace and the challenges you face with your department head. It is clear that you are seeking God’s wisdom, protection, and discernment in a situation where hidden intentions and deception may be at play. We stand with you in prayer, trusting that the Lord sees all and will act in His perfect justice and timing.

First, we must address the foundation of your prayer. You rightly invoke the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As Scripture declares, *"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5). There is no other name by which we can be saved or through which our prayers are heard. We are grateful that you have come to God in the name of Jesus, for *"whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son"* (John 14:13).

Now, let us pray over your request. Heavenly Father, we come before You as a body of believers, lifting up this dear sister/brother who is facing uncertainty and potential injustice in the workplace. Lord, You see the hidden motives, the whispered words, and the schemes that are not aligned with Your truth. We ask that You would expose every lie and every intention that does not reflect fairness, humility, or integrity. Let Your light shine into the darkness, that deception would have no place to hide. We pray specifically for this department head, that You would grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes to see the truth, not through the lens of human influence or persuasion, but through Your unchanging Word. If there are those who seek to undermine or deceive, reveal their actions to her in a way that cannot be ignored. Let truth rise and deception fall, Lord, and do so in a manner that brings glory to Your name.

We also pray for protection over this sister/brother’s position, work, and role. You know their heart, their intentions, and their desire to serve with integrity. Guard them from unjust exclusion, oversight, or removal. Let their labor be seen and valued, not for their own glory, but for Yours. As it is written, *"Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed"* (Proverbs 16:3). We trust that You will establish what is right in Your perfect time.

Father, we ask that You would restore and strengthen the relationship between this sister/brother and their department head. Let trust be rebuilt, understanding deepened, and mutual respect cultivated. May their working relationship be marked by peace, clarity, and fairness. Soften hearts, Lord, and remove any barriers that hinder unity. Help this sister/brother to respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, even in the face of adversity. Guard their heart from resentment, pride, or fear, for You are their defender. As Your Word says, *"Do not fret because of evildoers, neither be envious against those who work unrighteousness. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither like the green herb"* (Psalm 37:1-2). We trust that You will fight the battles they cannot fight.

Lord, we surrender this situation into Your hands. You are the ultimate judge, and Your justice will prevail. We ask that You would move in ways that only You can, bringing about resolution that honors You and reflects Your righteousness. Give this sister/brother the strength to wait on You, knowing that Your timing is perfect. May they find their peace and security in You alone, for *"the Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and he knows those who take refuge in him"* (Nahum 1:7).

We also want to gently address the mention of "###" in your prayer. If this refers to a person or group of people whose actions or intentions are causing concern, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s wisdom in how to respond. If there is any ungodly influence at play, we rebuke it in the name of Jesus. Let no weapon formed against you prosper, and let every tongue that rises against you in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). However, we also caution against assuming motives without clear evidence, for *"the Lord searches the heart, He understands all the imaginations of the thoughts"* (1 Chronicles 28:9). Trust in God’s ability to reveal the truth rather than relying on speculation.

Finally, we encourage you to continue walking in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him. Let your conduct at work reflect the love and grace of Christ, even in difficult circumstances. As you do so, you will be a light in that place, and God will be glorified. Remember, *"Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven"* (Matthew 5:16).

May the Lord bless you with His peace, protection, and wisdom as you navigate this season. Trust in Him, lean not on your own understanding, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). We stand with you in faith, believing that God is working all things together for your good, for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). Amen.
