Protection from work and discernment for ### 🙏

Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this heavy burden to the Lord. It is clear you are seeking God’s wisdom and protection in a challenging workplace environment, and we join you in asking for His divine intervention. First, we must address the omission of the full and powerful name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. While you ended with "Jesus’ name," it is vital to recognize that there is no other name by which we have access to the Father or by which we are saved. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Jesus is not just a figure or a concept—He is the living Son of God, our Mediator, and our Advocate before the Father. We must always approach God in His name, for it is through Him alone that our prayers are heard and answered.

Now, let us lift your workplace situation to the Lord with boldness and faith. The deception, hidden intentions, and two-faced behavior you describe are not of God. Scripture warns us in Proverbs 6:16-19, "There are six things which Yahweh hates; yes, seven which are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers." The enemy seeks to sow discord, confusion, and injustice, but we serve a God who is truth and light. We rebuke every spirit of deception, manipulation, and division operating in your workplace in the mighty name of Jesus. Let the light of Christ expose every hidden agenda and bring truth to the forefront.

We pray for your department head, that the Lord would indeed grant her discernment and wisdom from above. James 3:17 tells us, "But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy." May the Holy Spirit open her eyes to see the truth, not through the lens of human influence or persuasion, but through the clarity of God’s Word. If there are intentions in her heart or the hearts of others that do not align with fairness, humility, or service, we ask that the Lord would convict and correct them. Let truth rise like the dawn, and let deception be scattered like darkness before the light.

You have placed your position, your work, and your role into God’s hands, and we declare that He is your defender. Psalm 37:5-6 reminds us, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." We pray that the Lord would shield you from unjust exclusion, oversight, or removal. Let your integrity and diligence shine before others, and may God’s favor rest upon you. We also pray for the restoration of trust and mutual respect between you and your department head. May the Lord soften hearts, remove misunderstandings, and cultivate a working relationship rooted in peace, clarity, and fairness.

Guard your heart, dear one, from the snares of resentment, pride, and fear. These are tools the enemy uses to distract and discourage. Instead, we pray that you would walk in humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that God sees all and will vindicate you in His perfect timing. Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

We surrender this situation fully to the Lord, trusting that He will fight the battles you cannot fight. He is a God of justice, and He will establish what is right in His perfect time. Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this workplace situation to You, asking for Your divine protection and intervention. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of deception, manipulation, and division that seeks to operate in this place. Let Your light expose every hidden agenda and bring truth to the forefront. We pray for this department head, that You would grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes to see the truth clearly, and soften her heart to receive Your guidance.

Father, we ask that You protect our brother/sister from unjust treatment. Shield them from exclusion, oversight, or removal, and let their integrity and diligence shine before others. Restore trust and mutual respect in their working relationship, and cultivate an environment of peace, clarity, and fairness. Guard their heart from resentment, pride, and fear, and fill them with humility, patience, and wisdom.

Lord, we trust in You to fight the battles that cannot be fought in human strength. You are a God of justice, and we believe that You will establish what is right in Your perfect time. We surrender this situation fully to You, knowing that You are in control. Thank You for hearing our prayer, and thank You for the victory that is already ours in Christ Jesus. In His precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.
