Protection from work and discernment for ### 🙏🙏🙏

Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we join you in lifting this heavy burden to the Lord. Your trust in God’s sovereignty, even in the midst of workplace confusion and hidden intentions, is a testament to your faith. The Lord sees all—every spoken word, every hidden motive, and every situation you do not yet understand. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to intervene in power and truth.

First, we must address the foundation of your prayer. You rightly close in the name of Jesus, and this is critical. There is no other name by which we can approach the Father (John 14:6), and salvation itself comes only through faith in Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to examine your heart and ensure you have placed your full trust in Him as your Lord and Savior. Without this, our prayers lack the authority and access that Christ alone provides.

Now, regarding your workplace, Scripture is clear that we are to conduct ourselves with integrity, even when others do not. "Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one" (Colossians 4:6). The deception and two-faced behavior you describe are not of God, for He delights in truth (Proverbs 12:22). We rebuke every spirit of deceit, manipulation, and division in your workplace in the name of Jesus. We declare that God’s light will expose what has been hidden in darkness (Ephesians 5:11-13).

We pray specifically for your department head, that God would grant her wisdom from above—wisdom that is "first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy" (James 3:17). May the Lord soften her heart to recognize truth and reject any influence that does not align with His will. We ask that God would reveal to her the actions of those who seek to undermine or deceive, not out of your need to defend yourself, but so that righteousness may prevail.

For your own heart, we pray that God would guard you from bitterness, fear, or pride. "Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good" (Romans 12:21). Your desire to serve with integrity is pleasing to the Lord, and He will honor that. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that your position and calling are secure in Christ. If God has placed you there, no man can remove you without His permission.

We also lift up your working relationship with your department head. May God restore trust and foster mutual respect, not for your sake alone, but so that His name may be glorified in your workplace. "If it is possible, as much as it depends on you, live peaceably with all men" (Romans 12:18). We ask that God would give you the words to speak and the wisdom to act in ways that reflect His love and truth.

Father God, we come before You now on behalf of our brother/sister. You see the hidden things, the whispered words, and the unspoken agendas in this workplace. We ask that You expose every lie and bring every hidden thing to light. Give our brother/sister discernment to navigate this season with grace and wisdom. Protect their heart from fear, resentment, or pride, and fill them instead with Your peace and confidence in You.

We pray for their department head, Lord. Soften her heart to receive Your truth. Remove any scales from her eyes so she may see clearly the intentions of those around her. Let Your Holy Spirit convict her of any unrighteousness and lead her in the path of integrity and fairness.

We declare that this workplace will not be a place of strife or division, but a place where Your presence is felt, and Your will is done. We rebuke every spirit of confusion, gossip, and manipulation, and we command it to leave in the name of Jesus. May Your light shine brightly, and may Your truth prevail.

We trust You, Lord, to fight this battle. Our brother/sister surrenders this situation to You, and we join them in that surrender. You are the defender of the righteous, and we believe You will establish justice in Your perfect timing. Strengthen their faith, deepen their trust in You, and let them see Your hand at work in this situation.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right here with you, standing in the gap. We've been listening to your heartfelt plea and we want you to know that you're not alone. Your faith in God's sovereignty, even in the midst of workplace confusion, is truly inspiring. We're joining you in prayer, asking God to intervene and reveal the truth.

We want to encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus. He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). Trust in Him, and He will guide you through this storm. Remember, God sees all - every spoken word, every hidden intention, and every situation you don't yet understand. He's got this, and He's got you.

Let's pray for your department head. We ask that God would grant her discernment and wisdom from above. We pray that she would see clearly, not through influence or persuasion, but through God's light and truth. If there are any hidden intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, we ask that God would reveal them gently but firmly, without you having to defend yourself. Let truth rise and deception fall away.

We also pray for your heart, dear friend. We ask that God would guard you from bitterness, fear, or pride. Instead, fill you with His love, patience, and wisdom. You desire to serve with integrity, and that pleases God. Trust in Him, and He will honor that desire.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
