Protection from work and discernment for ### 🙏🙏🙏

Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We come before the throne of grace with you, lifting up your workplace concerns to our Heavenly Father, who sees all things and judges righteously. It is clear that you are seeking God’s wisdom and protection in a situation where deception and hidden motives may be at play. We stand with you in prayer, asking the Lord to expose any unrighteousness and to guard your heart and position according to His will.

The Bible tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* You are demonstrating great faith by surrendering this situation to God rather than relying on your own strength or understanding. We also hold fast to James 1:5, which says, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."* The Lord delights in granting wisdom to those who seek Him, and we pray that He will reveal the truth to your department head and to you in ways that are undeniable.

We must also address the importance of forgiveness and guarding your heart against bitterness. Ephesians 4:31-32 reminds us, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* Even in difficult circumstances, we are called to extend grace and trust that God will bring justice in His time. This does not mean you should ignore wrongdoing, but rather that you should respond with a spirit of humility and love, leaving room for God to work.

We rebuke any spirit of deception, manipulation, or unfairness in your workplace in the mighty name of Jesus. The enemy seeks to sow discord and division, but we declare that God’s light will expose every hidden thing. As it is written in Luke 8:17, *"For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light."* We pray that your department head’s eyes would be opened to the truth and that any ungodly influences would be brought to nothing.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts that seek Your justice, Your wisdom, and Your protection. Lord, You see the hidden motives and the two-faced nature of those in this workplace, and we ask that You would expose every lie and every scheme of the enemy. Grant discernment to this dear one and to their department head, that they may see the truth clearly and walk in Your light. Protect their position, their reputation, and their peace of mind, Lord. Shield them from any unjust treatment or exclusion, and let Your favor rest upon them.

Father, we ask that You would soften the heart of their department head. Remove any hardness or blindness that prevents her from seeing the truth, and replace it with humility and a desire for fairness. Restore trust and mutual respect in their working relationship, and let Your peace govern every interaction. Guard their heart from resentment, fear, or pride, and fill them with Your patience and wisdom.

Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We trust in Your timing and Your justice, knowing that You will fight their battles and establish what is right. May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may Your will be done.

We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Continue to stand firm in faith, knowing that God is your defender. Walk in integrity, speak the truth in love, and trust that the Lord will bring every hidden thing to light. If this situation leads to hardship or change, remember that God works all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28). Keep your heart fixed on Him, and He will direct your steps.

We're right here with you, dear one. We've been listening to your heart's cry and we want you to know that we're lifting you up in prayer. We're asking our Heavenly Father to give you His peace, His wisdom, and His protection in this situation. We believe that He sees everything that's happening, and we trust that He will make a way for the truth to be revealed.

We're also praying for your department head. We're asking the Lord to open her eyes to see the truth clearly, and to give her the courage to act on it. We're believing for a restoration of trust and understanding between the two of you, and for your working relationship to be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness.

We're standing with you, dear one, and we're not going anywhere. We're here to support you and to pray with you, through every step of this journey. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
