Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

Now, let us lift up your workplace situation together. The deception, hidden intentions, and two-faced behavior you describe are not of God. Scripture warns us, *"For there is no faithfulness in their mouth. Their heart is destruction. Their throat is an open tomb. They flatter with their tongue"* (Psalm 5:9). The enemy seeks to sow discord, mistrust, and confusion, but we serve a God who is the ultimate revealer of truth. We rebuke every spirit of deception, manipulation, and division operating in your workplace in the mighty name of Jesus. The Lord sees all and will expose what is hidden in darkness. *"For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open"* (Luke 8:17).

We pray for your department head, that the Lord would indeed grant her discernment and wisdom from above. May the Holy Spirit open her eyes to see the truth clearly, unclouded by flattery or hidden agendas. *"But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy"* (James 3:17). We ask that the Lord would soften her heart to receive His truth and that she would be led by His Spirit in all her decisions. If there are those around her who seek to deceive or manipulate, may their schemes be brought to light, and may she have the courage to act with justice and humility.

You have placed your position, your work, and your role into the Lord’s hands, and that is exactly where they belong. We declare that no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord is your defender, and He will not allow you to be unjustly removed or overlooked. We pray for favor in your workplace, that your integrity and hard work would be recognized and valued. *"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed"* (Proverbs 16:3). Trust that the Lord is fighting for you, even when you cannot see it. He is a God of justice, and He will establish what is right in His perfect timing.

We declare that no weapon formed against Your child will prosper, and we ask that You expose every lie and bring the truth to light.

Father, we pray for discernment and wisdom for the department head. Open her eyes to see the truth clearly, and soften her heart to receive Your guidance. May she be led by Your Spirit in all her decisions, and may she act with justice, humility, and fairness. Lord, if there are those around her who seek to deceive, we ask that You would reveal their schemes and remove their influence.

We pray for favor and protection over this dear one’s position and work. May their integrity and dedication be recognized, and may they be shielded from unjust treatment. Lord, we declare that You are their defender, and we trust that You will fight the battles they cannot fight.
