Protection from work and discernment for ML 🙏👍🙏

Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ### to disconnect me from the CORE, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We hear your cry for protection and discernment in your workplace, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this burden before our Heavenly Father. The challenges you face—hidden intentions, two-faced behavior, and the struggle to maintain integrity—are not unseen by God. He knows every word spoken in secret and every motive of the heart. We take comfort in knowing that the Lord is a God of justice, and He will expose what is done in darkness.

The scriptures remind us in Proverbs 20:23, "The Lord detests differing weights, and dishonest scales are not pleasing." Those who operate with deception and manipulation will not prosper forever, for God’s light will reveal their ways. We pray that your department head’s eyes would be opened to the truth, not by human persuasion, but by the conviction of the Holy Spirit. May she see clearly the intentions of those who seek to undermine and exclude, and may she govern with wisdom and fairness.

We also lift up your heart, dear one, for it is easy to grow weary when facing injustice. Guarding your heart from resentment and fear is essential, as Proverbs 4:23 warns, "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life." We pray that you would respond with the humility and patience of Christ, trusting that He is your defender. You are not called to fight this battle alone—God will arise on your behalf.

We must also address the importance of forgiveness, even in the face of wrongdoing. Jesus teaches us in Matthew 6:14-15, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." While this does not mean tolerating ungodly behavior, it does mean releasing bitterness and entrusting justice to the Lord.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this situation and this dear one who is facing workplace strife. Lord, You see every hidden agenda, every whispered word, and every attempt to undermine. We ask that You would expose the truth and bring light into the darkness. Protect this one from unjust exclusion or harm, and grant them the strength to walk in integrity and humility.

Father, we pray for their department head—that You would soften her heart and open her eyes to see the truth. Remove any scales of deception and fill her with Your wisdom and discernment. Let Your peace govern her decisions, and may she lead with fairness and grace.

Lord, we also ask that You guard this one’s heart from fear, resentment, and pride. Fill them with Your peace and remind them that You are their defender. Help them to respond with the love and patience of Christ, even in the face of adversity.

We surrender this situation into Your hands, trusting that You will fight the battles that cannot be fought in the natural. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in all things. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing firm in faith, knowing that God is your refuge and strength. Lean on Him in prayer and meditate on His Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). You are not alone in this—God is with you, and He will never forsake you.
