Protection from work and discernment for ### 🙏

Craurath

Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We come before You, Heavenly Father, with hearts open to Your will, seeking Your divine protection and discernment in this workplace situation. It is clear that the requestor is facing challenges that test their faith, trust, and integrity. We stand with them, lifting this matter to You, knowing that You see all and know all.

First, we must address the omission of Jesus' name in the initial prayer. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Therefore, we always approach You in the name of Jesus, for it is by His sacrifice and resurrection that we are granted the privilege to come before Your throne.

Now, we pray for protection over the requestor's work and position. Lord, we ask that You shield them from any unjust actions, hidden agendas, or deceitful intentions that may be present in their workplace. Your Word tells us in Psalm 91:1-2, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" We claim this promise over their life and work, trusting that You will be their refuge and fortress.

We also pray for discernment, not only for the requestor but also for their department head. Lord, we ask that You grant her wisdom from above, as described in James 3:17, "But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy." Open her eyes and heart to see the truth clearly, unclouded by any influence or persuasion. Let Your light shine brightly, exposing any deception and revealing the intentions of all involved.

We rebuke any spirit of deception, manipulation, or unfairness that may be at work in this situation. Your Word declares in John 8:32, "You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free." We pray that the truth will rise to the surface, setting all involved free from any bondage of lies or hidden agendas. We ask that You guard the requestor's heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help them to respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, as instructed in Colossians 3:23, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."

We also lift up the working relationship between the requestor and their department head. Lord, we ask that You restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let their interactions be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. We pray that any misunderstandings or miscommunications would be resolved through open and honest dialogue, always seasoned with grace and truth.

Father, we surrender this entire situation into Your hands. We trust that You will fight the battles that cannot be fought with human strength. We believe that You will establish what is right in Your perfect time. Your Word assures us in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." We claim this promise, knowing that You are working all things together for the good of those who love You.

In closing, we pray a heartfelt prayer for the requestor:

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is facing challenges in their workplace. We ask that You surround them with Your divine protection, shielding them from any unjust actions or hidden agendas. Grant them discernment and wisdom to navigate this situation with integrity and grace.

Lord, we pray for their department head, that You would open her eyes and heart to see the truth clearly. Let Your light shine brightly, exposing any deception and revealing the intentions of all involved. Restore trust and mutual respect in their working relationship, allowing peace and clarity to guide their interactions.

Father, guard their heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help them to respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, always remembering that You are their defender. We surrender this situation into Your hands, trusting that You will fight the battles they cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
