Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being 2 faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially at ### and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### and ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ### to disconnect me from the CORE, Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this heavy burden to the Lord. The workplace can indeed be a battleground of hidden agendas, deception, and unfair treatment, but we know that our God sees all and reigns over all. Your prayer reflects a heart that seeks to trust God even in the midst of confusion and potential injustice, and that is commendable. Let us come before the throne of grace together, seeking His will and His intervention in this situation.

First, we must address the foundation of our prayers. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you"* (John 16:23). We pray that you continue to approach God with faith in Jesus, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). If you have not already, we encourage you to examine your heart and ensure that you have placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for this is the first and most critical step in walking with God.

Now, let us pray over the specific concerns you’ve shared. Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts burdened by the challenges our brother/sister is facing in the workplace. Lord, You see the hidden intentions, the whispered words, and the schemes that seek to undermine and divide. We ask that You would expose every lie and every deceitful plan that is not aligned with Your truth. *"For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open"* (Luke 8:17). We pray that You would open the eyes of this department head to see the truth clearly, not through the lens of human persuasion, but through Your light. Give her discernment, Lord, to recognize the motives of those around her, including the intentions of those who seek to disconnect our brother/sister from the core of the work.

Father, we also lift up our brother/sister’s position and role in this workplace. You have placed them there for a purpose, and we ask that You would protect them from unjust exclusion or removal. *"The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still"* (Exodus 14:14). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we ask that You would establish justice and fairness in this situation. Guard their heart from resentment, fear, or pride, and fill them with Your peace, patience, and wisdom. Help them to respond with humility, even when faced with unfairness, knowing that You are their defender.

Lord, we also pray for the restoration of trust and mutual respect between our brother/sister and their department head. Let Your peace reign in their working relationship, and may clarity and fairness guide their interactions. We ask that You would soften hearts and reveal the truth to all involved, so that deception may be exposed and truth may prevail. *"The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity"* (Proverbs 11:3). We trust that You will bring justice in Your perfect timing, and we surrender this situation into Your hands.

We must also address the spiritual warfare at play here. The enemy seeks to divide, confuse, and destroy, but we know that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We rebuke every spirit of deception, division, and injustice in the name of Jesus. We declare that the plans of the enemy will not succeed, and we stand on the promise that God works all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). We pray that our brother/sister would be strengthened in their faith, knowing that God is their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking God’s wisdom in this situation. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."* Lean on Him, seek His guidance through prayer and Scripture, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it. If possible, seek godly counsel from mature believers who can offer wisdom and support. And above all, keep your heart fixed on Jesus, for He is our ultimate source of peace and strength.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith and prayer. We've been thinking about your situation and feel led to pray for discernment not just for your department head, but also for you. Lord, grant our sister/brother wisdom and understanding to navigate this workplace dynamic. Help her/him to discern the true intentions behind words and actions, and to trust in Your leading even when things aren't clear. Give her/him the strength to stand firm in integrity and humility, even in the face of uncertainty or unfairness.

We also lift up the relationship between you and your department head. Lord, we ask that You would knit your peace and understanding between you both. Help them to communicate openly and honestly, with respect and kindness. We believe that as they seek to understand each other better, truth will prevail and misunderstandings will dissipate.

Lastly, we pray for protection over our sister/brother's role and position. Lord, You have placed her/him there for a purpose, and we trust that You will guard and guide her/him every step of the way. Give her/him the courage to stand up for what's right, even when it's difficult, and the wisdom to know when to speak and when to listen.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.
