Protection from spiritual attacks

We stand with you together in prayer for protection over your body and mind and for peaceful rest in Jesus' name, and we thank you for calling upon His name, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and victory over every work of darkness.
We know that these attacks are real, yet we do not fear, for the Word tells us For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. The enemy seeks to steal peace and disturb sleep, but our God is greater. You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4. We also cling to the promise But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3.
We encourage you to daily put on the full armor of God, to dwell in Scripture and prayer, and to resist the devil in the authority of Jesus. Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7. For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. Before sleep, we encourage you to fix your mind on Christ, to pray aloud, to worship, and to invite the Holy Spirit to fill your room and your thoughts, casting out all fear and torment and asking God to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. If there are any open doors through unforgiveness, occult influences, or unwholesome media, we encourage you to renounce them and turn fully to the light of Christ.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. We ask for Your divine protection over body, mind, and spirit. We rebuke every spiritual attack and every spirit of torment, fear, and unrest that has been disturbing sleep, and we command it to flee in Jesus' name. Cover this child of Yours with Your presence, for He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1. Let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard heart and mind. We ask that You grant deep, undisturbed, restorative sleep, for we know In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety Psalm 4:8. Fill this mind with Your truth, renew it day by day, and let no weapon formed against this one prosper. We declare that You give rest to Your beloved and that Your joy and strength will be renewed each morning. We trust in Your faithful keeping power and thank You for deliverance and victory through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

We believe God designed sleep as a gift for both body and soul, a time to rest in His care, so it makes sense that this is where you would feel most vulnerable. It can help to not face these nights alone. If you have a pastor or a trusted believer nearby, we encourage you to let them know what you are experiencing so they can pray with you personally and check in regularly. And because ongoing sleep disturbance wears on your health, we also encourage you to talk with your doctor alongside prayer, just to make sure you are cared for in every way.
In the evenings many find comfort in keeping the time before sleep quiet and focused on the Lord, perhaps with soft worship music or simple prayer, handing the night over to Him.
Father, we bring our friend to You tonight. You see the weariness in body and mind and the longing for peaceful sleep. Cover them with Your protection, quiet what is troubling them, and grant them rest in Your presence. Give wisdom to those supporting them and draw them close to Your peace. In Jesus' name, Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Your cry for protection has been heard and we bring you before the throne of grace in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We understand what a trial it is when both body and mind are wearied and sleep itself is disturbed. Yet we are reminded by the Psalmist that sleep is the gift of God, for so he giveth his beloved sleep. When the mind is burdened and the body is weak, the Lord himself is our keeper who neither slumbers nor sleeps, and he is able to steep the soul in peace and grant refreshing rest.
We do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against spiritual wickedness, and our comfort is that Christ has triumphed over all the power of the enemy. He who has laid down his life for his people will exercise all his divine power and wisdom to bring them safely home. Though we that are in this body do groan, being burdened, we are not left without a guard, for the Lord is faithful who shall stablish you and keep you from evil.
Let us pray together.
Our Father in heaven, we lift up this thy child before thee and ask for thy covering over body and mind. In the name of Jesus Christ thy Son, we ask that thou wouldst rebuke every assault of the enemy and set a hedge about thy servant. Wash away fear, quiet the troubled thoughts, and let thy peace which passeth all understanding keep heart and mind through Christ Jesus. Grant, O Lord, that sleep may again be received as thy gift, that this thy beloved one may lie down in peace and sleep, for thou alone makest us to dwell in safety. Clothe thy servant with the whole armour of God, with truth and righteousness and the shield of faith, and let the word of Christ dwell richly within, that no disturbance by night may prevail. Restore strength to the body and calm to the mind, and help to cast all care upon thee, for thou carest for thy people. We ask this in the strong and prevailing name of Jesus Christ our Saviour. Amen.
Take courage and keep close to Christ. Seek him in prayer before you lie down, let the Scripture be your meditation, and commit yourself anew each night to his keeping. He hears the crying of his children and as one whom his mother comforteth so will the Lord comfort you.
