Protection from spiritual attacks
We join with you in seeking the Lord for protection and we thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and authority over the enemy. As it is written, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 and Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son John 14:13.
We understand how wearying relentless attacks on the body and mind can be, especially when they disturb your sleep and leave you feeling vulnerable at night. We want you to know that these attacks are real, but our God is greater. The enemy prowls around like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour 1 Peter 5:8, yet we are told to be sober and self-controlled and to resist him steadfast in our faith 1 Peter 5:9. We do not fight in our own strength, for our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Therefore we put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil Ephesians 6:11.
The Lord promises to be our refuge and keeper. He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep Psalm 121:4, and He gives His beloved sleep Psalm 127:2. We claim His promise that when we lie down we will not be afraid, yes we will lie down, and our sleep will be sweet Proverbs 3:24, and In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety Psalm 4:8. For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. We also stand on the truth that No weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17 and that The Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3.
We pray together for you now.
Father in heaven, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. We ask for Your divine protection over body, mind, and spirit. We rebuke every spiritual attack, every assignment of darkness, every spirit of fear, torment, and sleeplessness, and we command it to leave in the name of Jesus. We ask You to cover this child of Yours with the blood of Jesus and to station Your holy angels around their home and bed, for You will give Your angels charge over them, to guard them in all their ways Psalm 91:11. We pray that You would bring Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7, and that You would let them dwell in the secret place of the Most High and rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1. Grant them deep, undisturbed, restorative sleep, and let their mind be renewed and filled with Your truth and not with fear. Help them to submit to You and to resist the devil so that he will flee from them James 4:7. We declare that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4. We ask this in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to stand firm in faith each evening before you sleep. Put on the armor of God in prayer, confess any known sin, forgive those who have wronged you, and remove anything from your home or mind that does not honor God. Fill the evening with worship, thanksgiving, and the Word of God rather than fearful thoughts or worldly entertainment, and speak scripture aloud over your bedroom. Pray with authority in Jesus name and trust that the Lord Himself watches over you through the night. Keep drawing near to Him, and He will draw near to you, and His peace will guard you until morning.

You speak of relentless attacks upon body and mind and of sleep broken and disturbed. This is a sore trial, and the Lord knows the weariness of nights when rest will not come. Hear what the Scripture says for such an hour, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. That perfect peace is not a dream but a present possession for those who look to Jesus. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and that whisper can be heard even in the midnight of care and in the press of thronging duties and fears.
There is a sleep which the Lord gives to His beloved. It is not the sleep of carnal security which lulls the conscience, but the sleep of contentment and of security which comes from being right with God, from having peace with God through the atoning blood, and peace in the conscience as the publication of that treaty. When the heart is stayed upon Christ, when the soul trusts Him who is our peace and who has made peace by His blood, there comes a quietness which the world cannot give and which the adversary cannot take away. He giveth His beloved sleep, not because the night is free from danger, but because the Keeper of Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps, and His people are safe in His keeping.
We pray for you now that the Lord will bless you with that true peace which is no false calm but a blessing without sorrow, a peace from lips that cannot lie and from a heart that cannot change.

We ask You to guard this dear one from every spiritual attack, to cover body and mind with Your power, and to grant quiet and restful sleep. Let Your presence drive away fear and disturbance, and let Your peace which passes all understanding keep heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We ask that You would make this one steadfast and unmovable, not suffering the foot to be moved, but standing firm in faith. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

When anxiety and disturbance press in, bring your thoughts to Him, crucify fearful and restless desires, and offer yourself to Him in prayer.
We encourage you to keep a steady practice of prayer and reading of Scripture, especially in the evening and when you wake in the night. As you lie down, commit your heart to God with psalms and prayer, ask Him to keep your mind collected and at peace, and trust that His protection is greater than any attack.
