Protection from spiritual attacks
We stand with you in prayer together against these relentless attacks on your body and mind and we thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have authority and access to the Father and victory over the enemy.
We know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places as written in Ephesians 6:12. The enemy prowls around like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour as written in 1 Peter 5:8, but we have been given authority to resist him. James 4:7 tells us to be subject therefore to God, but resist the devil and he will flee from you. We do not need to live in fear, for God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control as written in 2 Timothy 1:7.
We encourage you to daily put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil as described in Ephesians 6:11. This means grounding yourself in truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, the Word of God, and prayer. Before sleep, we encourage you to fill your mind with Scripture and prayer rather than the worries of the day, to confess any known sin, to forgive any who have wronged you, and to invite the Holy Spirit to fill your home and your heart with His peace. The Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one as promised in 2 Thessalonians 3:3.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. We ask for Your divine protection over their body, mind, and spirit. We rebuke every spiritual attack and every assignment of the enemy against their sleep and their health, and we command it to leave in Jesus' name. Let Your holy angels encamp around them, for Psalm 34:7 says the angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them. We pray that You would cover them under Your wings, for Psalm 91:1 says he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
Lord, grant them peaceful and restorative sleep, for You give sleep to Your beloved and Your Word says in Psalm 4:8 in peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety. Quiet every disturbing thought, calm every anxious mind, and let Your perfect peace which surpasses all understanding guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We pray that no weapon that is formed against them will prevail as written in Isaiah 54:17, and we declare that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world as written in 1 John 4:4.
We ask You to strengthen them, to renew their mind with Your truth, and to fill their home with Your presence so that darkness has no place to dwell. Help them to stand firm in faith, to wield the sword of the Spirit which is Your Word, and to rest in the assurance that You never slumber nor sleep but watch over them continually. We thank You, Father, that You have heard our prayer and that Your deliverance and protection are already at work. We trust in Your unfailing love and power to keep them safe. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray, Amen.

Your request for protection from relentless attacks upon body and mind, and for deliverance from disturbances in sleep, has been brought before the Lord with earnest prayer.
We know something of what it is to be pressed and wearied, when restlessness would rob the night of its rest and the mind of its quiet. Yet the word of the Lord stands sure for such an hour, "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee, because he trusteth in thee." This is not a peace that the world can give, nor the false peace which lulls the conscience to sleep while sin still reigns, but the true peace which is a blessing from the God of all peace, purchased by the blood of Jesus and wrought in the soul by the Holy Spirit. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and that whisper can make a heaven within even in the midnight of care and conflict.
It is written, "So he giveth his beloved sleep." There is a sleep of security and of contentment which the Lord bestows upon His beloved, a sleep of a quiet conscience made right with God through Christ. When the mind is stayed upon Jesus, when sorrow and care are borne with Him, He can cause you to lie down in safety though sorrows surge round. Christ has left us His own peace, saying, "My peace I give unto you." It is His unruffled, calm and profound peace, and it is able to guard both heart and mind and to keep watch over you in the watches of the night.
We pray for you now, that the Lord who neither slumbers nor sleeps would be your keeper. May He rebuke every assault of the adversary and cover you under His wings. May He cleanse your conscience in the precious blood of Christ, and grant you that peace with God which is the fountain from which peace in the conscience flows as a crystal stream. May He stay your mind upon Himself, and keep you in perfect peace. May He command quietness for your body and rest for your troubled thoughts, and give unto you, His beloved, refreshing and secure sleep. May you lie down and rise up in the keeping of Jesus, who has vanquished death and all its powers, and who is able to keep both you and yours in safety.

We have heard your request for protection from relentless attacks on your body and mind that disturb your sleep, and we join with you in prayer in the name of Jesus.
We take comfort that the Lord who keeps His people neither slumbers nor sleeps. Scripture says He will not suffer your foot to be moved when you stand steadfast and unmoveable in Him. The suffering and the standing depend in part on our watchfulness, so we are called to guard ourselves, to keep watch, and to remain close to Christ.
The enemy often assails most when we are alone and weary. For this reason we encourage you not to remain isolated but to keep flocking together with other believers, to stay in fellowship, in prayer, and in the Word. Bodily efforts profit little by themselves, but the exercise of godliness, through prayer, reading Scripture, repentance, and trust in Christ, brings benefit both now and for eternity. Shake off spiritual heaviness and dullness, and look to Jesus our High Priest who has compassion on the weak and knows our infirmity.
Let us pray together. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and ask for Your protection over this one who is troubled in body and mind. Cover him with Your hand, guard his heart and thoughts, and rebuke every evil attack. Grant peaceful and undisturbed sleep, restore strength to the body, and bring quietness to the mind.
