Protection from spiritual attacks
We stand with you in prayer together against these relentless attacks on your body and mind and the disturbances in your sleep, and we thank you for asking in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and authority over the enemy.
We know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces, yet we do not need to live in fear. Scripture reminds us that greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world, 1 John 4:4, and that God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, 2 Timothy 1:7. The Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one, 2 Thessalonians 3:3. We are called to be subject therefore to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from you, James 4:7, and to put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil, Ephesians 6:11.
The enemy seeks to steal your peace, especially in the night, but God promises rest to His children. In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety, Psalm 4:8. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty, Psalm 91:1, and He will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways, Psalm 91:11. We encourage you to make your home and your bedtime a place of prayer and worship, to fill your mind before sleep with the Word of God rather than with anxious thoughts or worldly influences, to confess any open doors and turn from them, and to speak Scripture aloud over your body and mind, for the Word is our sword.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to Your throne of grace. We ask for Your divine protection over body and mind and over every hour of sleep. We rebuke every spiritual attack and every spirit of torment, anxiety, and fear that has been disturbing rest, and we command it to flee in Jesus name. Cover this child of Yours with the blood of Jesus and surround them with Your holy angels. Let Your perfect love cast out all fear and let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We put on the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the preparation of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit which is Your Word, Ephesians 6:14-17, and we declare that no weapon that is formed against them will prosper, Isaiah 54:17. Grant undisturbed, deep and healing sleep, restore strength to the body, renew the mind, and let them lie down and awake sustained by You, for You give sleep to Your beloved. We trust that You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust, Psalm 91:2. We ask all this in the powerful and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and defender, Amen.

We hear how wearying this has been, feeling attacked in both body and mind and losing rest night after night. Going without steady sleep wears down every part of life, and we are grateful you reached out for prayer.
We believe God cares deeply about your rest. Sleep is not separate from your walk with Him, it is part of how He restores you, and it makes sense that when sleep is disturbed your peace feels shaken too. At the same time we do not want you to carry this alone or to stay focused on fear of the attacks themselves. Our safety rests in Christ, who is present and stronger than any opposition we face.
A couple of simple ways we have seen others find steadiness might help you. You could set a brief, calm pattern at night, turning off screens a little earlier, praying a short honest prayer entrusting the night to the Lord, and if possible asking a trusted pastor or mature believer to pray with you regularly so you are not carrying this in isolation. If the broken sleep continues, please also consider talking with your doctor alongside prayer, just to care well for your body.
Father, we lift our friend to You tonight. Cover them with Your presence, quiet their mind and body, and guard their sleep with Your peace. Give wisdom for next steps and remind them they are held secure in Jesus. In Jesus name, Amen.

Beloved of All
Your request has been heard and we join with you in seeking the Lord for protection and peace. You speak of relentless attacks upon body and mind and disturbances in sleep, and this is a heavy trial, for the body and the soul are both beset and each may receive injury and hurt.
Be comforted to remember that sleep is the gift of God. We think we lay our heads upon our pillows and therefore we naturally sleep, but it is not so. It is God who steepeth the mind and bids us slumber that our bodies may be refreshed. So says the Psalm, For so he giveth his beloved sleep. That sleep is the best physician under heaven, and the Lord who neither slumbers nor sleeps watches over his beloved in the night. When fear and distress break your rest, look to him who giveth rest to the weary.
Know also that deliverance from spiritual oppression must be wrought by the hand and outstretched arm of Jehovah alone. It is of small use to look to man if the distress is spiritual, for only God can deliver. He has not forgotten his own. Art thou not a member of his body, of his flesh and of his bones. Has the Head forgotten a finger. He who wrote thy name in wounds upon his hand has not forgotten thee. He has found a ransom, the substitutionary sacrifice of Christ, and by that ransom he delivers from the pit. The very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. As the Sun of Righteousness he rises with healing beneath his wings, and pardon and healing are one in his hand.

O Lord our God, look upon this afflicted one whom thou hast loved with an everlasting love. Thou knowest the disturbances of body and mind, the broken sleep and the assaults that would vex the soul. We ask thee to spread thy protection over thy child. Put a hedge about him and keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on thee. Rebuke the adversary and silence the noise of archers that would disturb thy beloved. Grant by thy grace that sweet and refreshing sleep which thou givest to thine own, to recruit the exhausted strength and to quiet the troubled spirit. Apply the healing leaves of Christ to every wound of body and soul, and let pardon and healing flow from the great conduit Head to this needy one below. Deliver by thy free grace, for thou hast found a ransom. Let this soul prove that thou art a refuge and that they who trust in thee shall not be forsaken. Keep him this night and in all nights to come, till he awakes refreshed to serve thee with renewed strength. We ask this in the name and through the merits of Jesus Christ our Lord, who liveth to intercede for us. Amen.
