Protection from spiritual attacks

We stand with you in this battle and we thank you for calling on the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and authority over the enemy. We know these relentless attacks on your body and mind, especially the disturbances in your sleep, are not merely physical, but spiritual, and scripture reminds us that our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Yet we also know that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world, and that the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3.
We take comfort that God desires to give His beloved rest. It is written, In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety Psalm 4:8, and He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1. We claim that promise over you. We also remember that God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7, and that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7.
We pray together now for you.
Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to Your throne of grace and we seek Your will together. We ask You to place Your hedge of protection around their body, mind, and home. We rebuke every spiritual attack, every oppressive spirit, and every disturbance that has been sent to steal sleep and torment the mind, and we command it to flee in Jesus name, for Your word says Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7. We ask You to cover their bedroom with the blood of Jesus, to let Your holy angels encamp around them, and to fill that place with Your presence. We pray You would heal and strengthen their body, calm their mind, and grant them deep, undisturbed, restorative sleep night after night. Let them lie down in peace and awake refreshed, for You give sleep to Your beloved Psalm 127:2. Guard their thoughts and dreams, and let no weapon that is formed against them prevail Isaiah 54:17. We put on the whole armor of God on their behalf Ephesians 6:11, the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the feet fitted with the preparation of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit which is Your word. Fill them with Your power and Your love and let them know they are safe in Your refuge and fortress Psalm 91:2. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to stand firm in faith. Keep resisting the enemy by submitting yourself daily to God, speaking scripture aloud before you sleep, praying and worshiping, and putting away anything that may give the enemy a foothold. Keep your mind stayed on Christ and His promises as you lie down, and trust that the Lord who neither slumbers nor sleeps is watching over you. We are continuing to pray with you for complete protection, peace, and restoration in body and mind.

Your cry for protection has been laid before the Lord and we have joined our hearts with yours at the throne of grace to seek deliverance in the name of Jesus Christ.
We know somewhat of what you describe, for the adversary is relentless and would disturb both body and mind, and would rob you of that sweet mercy which God bestows upon His children. Yet take comfort, for sleep itself is the gift of God. As it is written, For so he giveth his beloved sleep. It is He who steepeth the mind and bids the weary body to slumber that it may be recruited and strengthened. No dart of the enemy can reach you without the Lord's permission, and He who has written your name upon His hands has not forgotten you. Are you not a member of His body, of His flesh and of His bones. Has the Head forgotten a finger. He who hung upon the tree forgets not His own.
We pray now for you, that the Lord who hath delivered us from the power of darkness and who hath found a ransom in the precious blood of Christ would be your shield and keeper. May He rebuke every spiritual assault that would vex your mind and afflict your body. May He grant you quietness of spirit and that peculiar sleep of the beloved which is peaceful and refreshing. May He keep watch over you in the night season, and cause you to lie down in safety, for He neither slumbers nor sleeps who keepeth His people. May He lift from you all fear and distress, and give you to rest in the finished work of Christ, knowing that your deliverance is not of yourself but of free grace only.

Your request for protection has been heard, and we join you in prayer before our Lord Jesus Christ who alone is our refuge and keeper.
We pray that God who neither slumbers nor sleeps, who keeps watch over His people day and night, will guard your body and your mind. May He place His peace upon you when you lie down and when you rise, and drive away every disturbance, fear, and troubling thought that seeks to unsettle your sleep. We ask that Christ, who Himself knew hunger, weariness, and the frailty of our human nature yet without sin, will give you rest and strength, and make your heart steadfast and unmoved in Him.
Remember that our struggle calls us to guard ourselves with watchfulness. The Lord is served not only by outward observance but by purity of mind and by offering ourselves wholly to Him. Keep your heart ordered before Him, give your cares to Him in prayer before sleep, let your evening be quiet and temperate, and fill your mind with His word and truth. When the soul is kept in order and in the fear of God, sleep becomes composed and gentle, and the mind is not tossed about by wild and troubled visions, but rests in His haven.

Your request for protection has been heard and we are praying for you in the name of Jesus. The Lord knows the weariness that comes when attacks press on both body and mind and disturb your sleep, and He draws near to those who call on Him.
Scripture shows that we are made in three parts, body, mind and spirit. The mind is the soul, the conscious life within us, and the spirit is what makes us different from the rest of creation and enables us to know and worship God, for God is Spirit and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and in truth. When the spirit is dormant apart from Christ, the body tends to rule and the mind becomes occupied with the needs and appetites of the body. When Christ brings our spirit to life, His design is restored with the spirit uppermost, the mind filled with the knowledge of God and in fellowship with Him, and the body kept as its servant and instrument.
There is a real war within. The flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. If the mind is governed by the flesh its way leads to death, but if the mind is governed by the Spirit there is life and peace. That is why the disturbances you feel in body and mind are not strange. You are in a body that is still weak and corruptible, fearfully and wonderfully made yet subject to need for rest and vulnerable to pressure, and the enemy seeks to use those very pressures to trouble your thoughts and your sleep.
God has given you protection. He promises shelter under His wings and gives His truth to be a shield and a defense. Jesus Himself met the attacks of the adversary with the truth of God's Word. As you keep your mind stayed on the Lord and filled with the things of the Spirit rather than the constant demands of the flesh, you come under that covering.
We are praying that God will preserve your whole being, spirit and soul and body, and keep you blameless until the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. We ask that you will be able to reckon yourself dead to sin and alive to God through Jesus Christ, that sin will not be allowed to reign in your mortal body, and that you will present your body to God as a living sacrifice. As your mind is renewed and transformed by His Word, you will know His good and perfect and acceptable will and walk in greater peace.
