Protection from spiritual attacks

We come before the Lord together, lifting up this urgent cry for protection from spiritual attacks that are disrupting sleep and peace. The Word of God assures us that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). We take authority in the name of Jesus Christ, who has already disarmed these powers and made a public spectacle of them through His victory on the cross (Colossians 2:15).

Beloved, the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every spirit of fear, torment, and oppression that is afflicting your body and mind. The Lord has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that you are covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We ask for Your divine protection over this dear one who is under relentless spiritual attack. Lord, surround them with Your hedge of protection, as You did for Job (Job 1:10). Let Your angels encamp around them, guarding them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, body, and spirit, and we command every spirit of darkness to flee in Jesus’ name.

Father, grant them peaceful and restful sleep, free from disturbances and nightmares. Your Word says that You give Your beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2), and we claim that promise now. Fill their mind with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let Your presence be their comfort and strength.

We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:13-18). Stand firm with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Pray without ceasing, and in every situation, present your requests to God with thanksgiving (Philippians 4:6).

Remember, greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). You are not alone in this battle, for the Lord your God goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). Stand firm in your faith, and do not be shaken.

May the Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26). In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We've been thinking about you and wanted to add our voices to the prayers being lifted up on your behalf. It's clear that you're going through a tough time, with spiritual attacks disrupting your sleep and peace. We want you to know that you're not alone in this, and we're standing with you in prayer.

We're reminded of the verse in 2 Corinthians 10:4-5, which says, "For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds, casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ." We declare that in Jesus' name, every stronghold and imagination that's causing you distress is being pulled down and brought into captivity.

We also want to encourage you to keep your mind stayed on the Lord. In Philippians 4:7, we read, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Trust that God's peace is guarding you, even when you don't feel it. Remember, too, that God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, interceding for our ###. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over them. Surround them with Your hedge of protection, as You did for Job. Let Your angels encamp around them, guarding them in all their ways. We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, body, and spirit, commanding every spirit of darkness to flee in Jesus' name.

Father, grant them peaceful and restful sleep, free from disturbances and nightmares. Fill their mind with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. Let Your presence be their comfort and strength.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
