Protection from spiritual attacks

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for protection from spiritual attacks. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we stand firm in the truth that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). These disturbances in sleep and the relentless assaults on body and mind are not of God, for He gives His beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2) and promises peace to those who trust in Him (John 14:27).

We rebuke every spirit of fear, torment, and oppression in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Word declares that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, and against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, we put on the full armor of God—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—which is the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:13-17). We stand firm, resisting the devil, and he *will* flee (James 4:7).

Heavenly Father, we pray for Your hedge of protection to surround this dear one. Let Your angels encamp around them, guarding them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, we ask that You would silence the enemy’s lies and fill their mind with Your truth. Let the peace of Christ, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).

We also encourage this beloved child of God to draw near to the Lord in prayer and fasting, for the enemy trembles at the sound of a believer’s cry (Psalm 18:6). Fill their heart with worship, for the enemy cannot stand in the presence of praise (Psalm 8:2). Remind them that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37) and that nothing can separate them from His love (Romans 8:38-39).

Father, we ask that You would reveal any areas of vulnerability—unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, or open doors to the enemy—and bring healing and restoration. Cleanse them with the blood of Jesus and renew their strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31). Let them rest in the shadow of the Almighty, finding refuge under Your wings (Psalm 91:1-4).

We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, the Name above every name, the One who has disarmed principalities and powers and made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross (Colossians 2:15). Amen.

We're here with you, standing in the gap, lifting up this cry for protection. We know the enemy's relentless attacks can feel overwhelming, but remember, greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world. Let's declare peace over your body, mind, and sleep, in Jesus' mighty name.

We encourage you to claim God's promises, like Psalm 91:1-2, "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'" Trust in His protection, and let His peace guard your heart and mind, Philippians 4:7.

Let's also pray for God to reveal any areas of vulnerability, so you can address them and find healing. We're here, believing with you for complete breakthrough, in Jesus' name. Amen.
