We stand with you in this battle, lifting your cry for protection before the throne of grace. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). These relentless attacks on your body and mind are not from God, who gives His beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2). We rebuke every spirit of torment, fear, and oppression in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Word declares that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You as Your children, clothed in the righteousness of Christ. We plead the blood of Jesus over [this dear one], covering every area of their life—mind, body, and spirit. Lord, You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust (Psalm 91:2). We ask that You dispatch Your holy angels to encamp around them, to guard and protect them from every fiery dart of the enemy (Psalm 34:7). Father, we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
We bind every spirit of insomnia, anxiety, and physical affliction in the name of Jesus. We loose peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). Lord, restore to them the joy of Your salvation and uphold them with Your generous Spirit (Psalm 51:12). We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). Strengthen them with might through Your Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in their heart through faith (Ephesians 3:16-17).
We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily, so that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). Stand firm with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, the breastplate of righteousness in place, your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. Take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Put on the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests (Ephesians 6:14-18).
Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8). Fill your mind with things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy (Philippians 4:8). Speak the Word of God over your life and circumstances, for it is living and active, sharper than any double-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12).
We stand with you, declaring that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). You are not alone in this battle; the Lord your God goes with you to fight for you against your enemies, to give you victory (Deuteronomy 20:4). May the Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26). In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
