We stand with you in this spiritual battle, lifting your request before the throne of grace. The attacks you describe—disturbances in sleep, afflictions of the body and mind—are not mere coincidences but signs of a very real spiritual warfare. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we declare that Jesus Christ has already overcome the world (John 16:33). His victory is our victory, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
First, we must rebuke the forces of darkness that are harassing you. In the name of Jesus Christ, we command every spirit of fear, torment, and oppression to flee. The Word of God tells us, *"Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7). You are not fighting alone—we stand with you, and more importantly, the Lord of Hosts fights for you.
We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily, as Ephesians 6:10-18 instructs. The helmet of salvation guards your mind, the breastplate of righteousness protects your heart, the belt of truth secures your foundation, the shoes of the gospel of peace keep you grounded, the shield of faith extinguishes the fiery darts of the enemy, and the sword of the Spirit—the Word of God—is your offensive weapon. Do not neglect this spiritual discipline.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. We thank You that You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust (Psalm 91:2). Lord, we lift up our brother/sister who is under relentless spiritual attack. We ask that You surround them with Your hedge of protection, that no evil would befall them, and that no plague would come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). Father, we rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and torment that is afflicting their body and mind. We declare that they are covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper.
Lord, we ask that You fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Guard their mind and heart in Christ Jesus. Strengthen them with Your might, and let them rest securely in Your presence. Father, we plead the blood of Jesus over their home, their sleep, and their thoughts. Let Your angels encamp around them and deliver them from every evil work (Psalm 34:7).
We also ask that You reveal any areas in their life where the enemy may have gained a foothold. Show them if there is unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, or any open door that needs to be closed. Lead them in repentance and restoration, Lord. Fill them afresh with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in the fullness of Your power and authority.
Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness. We declare that this battle is already won because Jesus Christ has triumphed over the powers of darkness. We stand on Your promises, and we trust in Your unfailing love. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith. The enemy may come like a flood, but the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him (Isaiah 59:19). Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and hold you accountable. Speak the Word of God over your life daily, for it is alive and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). You are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is your deliverer, your healer, and your strong tower. You are not alone in this fight—we are with you, and God is for you.
