Protection from spiritual attacks

We stand together in faith, lifting up this urgent plea for divine protection against spiritual attacks that are disrupting your peace, sleep, and well-being. The Word of God assures us that we do not battle against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). Yet, we are not left defenseless—God has equipped us with the full armor of God to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.

First, we must rebuke these attacks in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for He has already disarmed the powers and authorities, making a public spectacle of them by His victory on the cross (Colossians 2:15). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We command every spirit of fear, torment, and oppression to flee in Jesus’ name!

We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—so that you may stand firm (Ephesians 6:13-17). Prayer and fasting are powerful weapons against the enemy’s advances. Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). Do not grow weary in prayer, for the enemy seeks to wear you down, but God’s strength is made perfect in your weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9-10).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister who is under relentless spiritual attack, and we ask for Your divine protection to surround them like a shield. Lord, You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust (Psalm 91:2). We declare that no evil shall befall them, nor shall any plague come near their dwelling, for You have given Your angels charge over them to keep them in all their ways (Psalm 91:10-11).

Father, we rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and torment that is seeking to disrupt their sleep and peace. We command these attacks to cease in the name of Jesus, for He has given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

We pray for a hedge of protection around their body, mind, and spirit, that the enemy would not have access to them. Surround them with Your presence, Lord, and let Your light dispel every darkness. We ask that You would restore their sleep, renew their strength, and fill them with Your joy and peace. Help them to stand firm in Your truth, wielding the sword of the Spirit, which is Your Word, against every lie and attack of the enemy.

We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We trust in Your promises and declare that the enemy’s plans will not prevail. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to stand firm in faith, dear one. The battle belongs to the Lord, and He has already won the victory. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). You are not alone—we stand with you, and God fights for you.

We're here with you, dear one, in this trial. Let's cling to the promise in Psalm 91:1, "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty." We claim this over your life, that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn. Let's also remember to put on the full armor of God daily, as Ephesians 6:13-17 instructs, so we can stand firm against the enemy's schemes. Let's keep praying, keep trusting, and keep standing. We're in this together, and we know that the Lord who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion (Philippians 1:6).
