But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if the Spirit of God dwells in you. Your request for prayer is the spirit crying out for its proper place again. The mind set on the Spirit is life and peace. So the healing you need in body and mind begins with a decisive yielding. Do not yield your bodily members as instruments of unrighteousness, even to fear or anxiety. Present your body as a living sacrifice to God. This is your spiritual act of worship. When you are ruled by the Spirit, your mind is filled with the things of the Spirit, and that Spirit is power against every dark assault. The fear of the Lord is to hate evil. Do not tolerate it. Do not compromise with the whispers of the enemy. Depart from evil, and it will be health to your body and strength to your bones.
