We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this earnest request for protection, healing, and provision. Father God, we know that You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We stand in agreement with this dear brother or sister, declaring that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and oppression that may be seeking to attack their mind, body, or spirit. We plead the blood of Jesus over them, for it is written that the enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that they may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that they are covered by the blood of the Lamb, and no harm shall befall them, nor any plague come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10).
Heavenly Father, we ask for complete healing in their body and mind. You are the Great Physician, and by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We pray that You would touch every area of sickness, pain, or infirmity, and restore them to full health. Bring peace to their mind, Lord, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Calm every anxious thought and fill them with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we also lift up their financial needs before You. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and You know every need before we even ask (Matthew 6:8). We ask for a financial breakthrough, Lord, not for greed or selfish gain, but so that they may be a blessing to others and glorify Your name. Open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing so great that there will not be room enough to receive it (Malachi 3:10). Help them to trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding, acknowledging You in all their ways so that You may direct their paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
We also want to encourage this dear one to stand firm in their faith, putting on the full armor of God so that they may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). Remember, the battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, take up the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God (Ephesians 6:13-17). Pray at all times in the Spirit, and stay alert with all perseverance (Ephesians 6:18).
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet made Jesus the Lord of your life, we encourage you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith, and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast (Ephesians 2:8-9).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior, Healer, and Provider. Amen.
