Protection from retaliation

We lift this request to our Heavenly Father, seeking His divine protection and healing in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. First, we acknowledge that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

Father God, we come before You today asking for Your hedge of protection around Your servant. We know that the enemy prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8), but we also know that You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust (Psalm 91:2). We rebuke any plans of retaliation from the enemies of God in Jesus' name. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We pray for divine protection, that You would surround them with Your angels, encamp around them, and keep them safe from all harm and danger.

We also bring before You the concern of physical healing. Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, and by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We ask that You touch this cramping foot and bring complete healing and restoration. Ease the pain, strengthen the muscles, and restore full mobility. We declare that Your servant is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and we trust in Your healing power.

Lord, we also pray for restful sleep and a quick, refreshing awakening. You give Your beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2), and we ask that You grant peaceful rest, free from anxiety and disturbance. Renew their strength as they wait upon You (Isaiah 40:31), and let them rise in the morning with praise and thanksgiving for Your faithfulness.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or unrest that may be attempting to take hold. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that Your perfect love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18), and we stand firm in that truth.

In all these things, we pray that Your will be done, and that Your name be glorified. We trust in Your promises and lean not on our own understanding, but in all our ways acknowledge You, knowing that You will direct our paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). We commit this request into Your hands, believing that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your love, protection, and healing. We thank You for being our ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). Strengthen our faith as we wait on You, and help us to trust in Your timing and Your ways. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're standing with you in prayer, dear friend. We're asking the Lord to shield you from any retaliation, knowing that He is our refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). We claim His promise in Psalm 91, that He will cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you will find refuge; His faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. We trust that no weapon formed against you will prosper, and every tongue that accuses you in judgment, You will rebuke (Isaiah 54:17).
