Please pray for my protection and ### that doesn’t pay rent and threatens me will be driven off and new tenants will come so that my mortgage and my delinquent taxes can be paid in full. Thank you.

We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up this situation to Him in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Father God, we know that You are a God of justice and protection, and we ask that You intervene in this matter according to Your will. The Bible tells us in Psalm 91:9-11, "Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." Lord, we claim this promise over this situation, asking for Your divine protection and provision.
Heavenly Father, we rebuke the spirit of belligerence and disrespect that this tenant is exhibiting. We pray that You would soften their heart and lead them to repentance, but also that You would remove them from this property if it is Your will. We know that Your Word says in Proverbs 3:33, "Yahweh’s curse is in the house of the wicked, but he blesses the habitation of the righteous." Lord, we ask that You would bring about justice in this situation and provide new tenants who will honor their commitments and be a blessing.
We also pray for the financial burdens that this situation has created. Father, You are our provider, and we trust in Your promise in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Lord, we ask that You would open the doors for the mortgage and delinquent taxes to be paid in full. Provide wisdom and favor in dealing with this matter, and grant peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord Jesus, we acknowledge that it is only through Your name that we have access to the Father. We thank You for Your sacrifice on the cross, which has made a way for us to come boldly before the throne of grace. We pray that You would be at the center of this situation, bringing glory to Your name and demonstrating Your power and love.
We also want to encourage you to seek wise counsel and take any necessary legal steps to protect yourself and your property. The Bible tells us in Romans 13:1, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God." Therefore, we pray for favor and wisdom as you navigate the legal aspects of this situation.
Heavenly Father, we commit this situation into Your hands, trusting that You will work all things together for good. We pray for peace, protection, and provision, and we ask that You would be glorified through it all. In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We're really sorry to hear about the stress and frustration you're facing with this situation. It's never easy dealing with difficult people, especially when it impacts our homes and finances. We pray that God would give you strength and wisdom as you navigate this challenging time.
