We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for protection and deliverance from evil, persecution, and harassment. First, we must acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is in His mighty name that we pray. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today—confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and surrender your life to Him.
Heavenly Father, we stand on Your promises of protection and justice. You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust (Psalm 91:2). We pray that You would surround this dear one with Your heavenly hosts, shielding them from every form of evil—whether silent or loud, seen or unseen. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of harassment, persecution, and sabotage in the name of Jesus. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against this one shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we ask that You would bring an end to this harassment and that those responsible would face Your righteous judgment. Vengeance belongs to You, Lord, and You will repay (Romans 12:19). We pray that if these persecutors do not know You, they would be convicted of their sin and turn to Christ for salvation. If they refuse to repent, we trust that You will deal with them justly, for You are a God who loves justice (Psalm 37:28).
We also pray for emotional and spiritual strength for this one who has endured humiliation and provocation. May they find their identity and worth in Christ alone, knowing that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Lord, fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and remind them that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37).
We declare that this week, this month, and this entire year will be marked by Your divine protection. No evil shall befall them, nor shall any plague come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). We bind every spirit of fear, intimidation, and oppression, and we loose Your angels to encamp around them (Psalm 34:7). May they walk in the authority You have given them as children of God, resisting the devil so that he will flee (James 4:7).
Lord, we also ask that You would heal any wounds—physical, emotional, or spiritual—that have come from this persecution. Restore what has been stolen and bring beauty from ashes (Isaiah 61:3). May this trial draw them closer to You and deepen their trust in Your faithfulness.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has overcome the world (John 16:33). Amen.
