Protection for my boyfriend

I have some pretty crazy parents...they are very obsessed with controlling my relationships, paranoid about a lot of things, and use tons of guilt trips...and due to financial reasons I still have to live with them despite being an adult. It's hard enough for me to deal with this, but I can only imagine the toll this takes on my boyfriend as well.

Please pray that God fill him with the strength and determination to hang in there even against these kind of odds. Pray that he can be filled with compassion for me, and that he doesn't judge me based on my earthly parents. Pray that instead he appreciates how God made me and focuses more on my relationship with my Heavenly Father. Pray that God protects this relationship from any harm that could come its way, especially from my parents.

My boyfriend already seems like an answer to my prayers in a lot of ways, and I believe I could be a blessing in His life as well. I've experienced some very painful relationships, so I really hope this one can work! But we need God's continued help for all this to work!
