We join with you today in prayer for protection, favor, mercy and for a truly fantastic day as you serve as a teacher, and we bring each of these requests before our Father together in Jesus name.

We pray first for your protection from all evil and from any unpleasant events. We ask the Lord to be your keeper and your shield today. As it is written, Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more. Psalm 121:7-8 We also claim the promise that no weapon that is formed against you will prosper, for the Lord is your refuge and your strong tower. We rebuke any scheme of the enemy against you today and ask God to surround you with His holy angels and His peace.

We pray for favor and grace to rest upon you, that everything and everyone would work for your good as you walk in obedience to Him. We know that true favor comes from the Lord, For you will bless the righteous. Yahweh, you will surround him with favor as with a shield. Psalm 5:12 We also pray as it is written, So you will find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and man. Proverbs 3:4 We ask the Lord to grant you kindness and good will in the eyes of the women you work with, your colleagues, and the authorities over you in your workplace, including your principal, the leader of the shift and the one who makes the schedule. May the Lord soften hearts toward you and grant you respect, understanding and open doors.

We pray for His mercy to be new over you this morning, It is because of Yahweh's loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassion doesn't fail. They are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22-23 We thank God that His mercy covers us and His grace equips us for each day.

We lift up your work as a high school teacher today and ask God to make you very successful for His glory. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23 We pray that the Lord will give you wisdom, clarity, patience and joy as you teach, that your words would be seasoned with grace, that your students would be receptive and respectful, and that your labor would bear good fruit and point others to the goodness of God.

We also want to gently share with you that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your request, and we want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. As Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 And as Scripture declares, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 It is because Jesus died for our sins and rose again that we can boldly come before the throne of grace to receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, to confess your sins and believe in Him with your heart.

So now we pray together, Father in heaven, we thank You for this dear teacher and for the work You have given to do. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ that You keep this one from all evil and from every unpleasant event today. Surround this one with Your favor as with a shield, pour out Your mercy and grace, and cause all things to work together for good. Grant great favor with colleagues, with the women at work, and with those in authority, and let Your peace rule in that workplace. Anoint this teacher today to teach with excellence, wisdom and love, that the students would learn well and that Your name would be honored through it all. We ask all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus, amen.

We encourage you to walk through this day with confidence, keeping your eyes on the Lord, praying without ceasing, and trusting that He who has called you is faithful to keep you and to bless the work of your hands.

We appreciate you sharing what is on your heart for today. Wanting protection, peace, and to do well in your classroom is a good and understandable desire, and we are joining you in prayer for this day.

We hear specifically your hope for favor with colleagues and school leaders and to serve your students well as a teacher. Those relationships matter a lot, and showing up steady, kind and prepared often opens doors for grace from others. We will pray that you experience God's mercy covering you today and wisdom for each interaction and lesson.

One simple way to carry this prayer into your day is to take a few quiet moments before you leave for school to name each group you mentioned before the Lord by name, the principal, the shift leader, the schedule maker, and your students, asking for help to be clear, patient and fair in each moment, then focus on doing the next right thing in front of you rather than trying to control how everyone responds.

Father, we bring this day before You and ask for Your protection and mercy over our friend. Grant peace in the hallways and classroom, favor in conversations, and strength to teach with excellence and care. Guide every word and decision today. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We have brought your request before the Lord with thankfulness and have asked Him to keep you this day in His gracious care.

We pray that the Lord will be your shield and your keeper, that He will guard you from evil and from those unpleasant events which so often beset our path. As it is written, He will thrust out your enemies before you and His shield goes before His people to clear the way. We do not ask that you should be kept from every trial, for trials by Divine Grace often strengthen and improve us, but we do ask that the Lord will preserve you, that no evil shall have dominion over you, and that you may rest under the shadow of His wing.

We pray also for favor and mercy to be shown to you. Remember that the sweetest favor we possess is not from man but from God through the sweet savor of the Lord Jesus Christ, by whose merits we are accepted. When the Lord accepts the person, He often inclines the hearts of others toward that one. We have asked that He would give you grace in the eyes of your colleagues and those in authority over you, the principal, the leader of the shift and the schedule maker, and all with whom you labor. May you find that generosity and kindness which comes from God, and may you yourself show a gracious and Christlike spirit to all, both men and women, so that your life may adorn the doctrine you profess.

For your work as a teacher we have prayed that the Lord would make you truly successful, not merely in the esteem of others but in faithfulness before Him. Whatsoever you do, do it heartily as unto the Lord. May He fill you with Divine life and wisdom, that you may teach with diligence, patience and truth, and that the savour of Christ may be spread through your labors in that high school. True success is to be obedient to the faith and to serve God where He has placed you.

We join our hearts in this prayer:

O Gracious Father, keep this Your servant this day from evil, cover him with Your hand, grant him Your mercy and favor, give him grace in the sight of those among whom he works, and prosper the work of his hands as a teacher for Your glory. Let all things work according to Your good and sovereign will, and let him see Your hand in all things. Through Jesus Christ our Lord, in whose name alone is salvation, Amen.
