We are glad to join you in prayer for your small business and commend your desire to give it to God. It is wonderful that you are working with all your heart and showing love towards people. Let's pray and seek God's will for your business together.
Firstly, it is important to acknowledge that all good things, business and otherwise come from above. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, nor turning shadow. James 1:17 WEB
Remember that even as you give your business to God, you still have a responsibility to it. In Colossians 3:23 WEB, the Apostle Paul reminds us, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." This means that while you trust God with the outcomes, you must also put in the necessary effort to ensure your business is run with integrity and excellence.
Regarding inspections and potential stressors, we must remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB. Trusting in God does not mean neglecting the practical aspects of your business. In Matthew 22:21 WEB, Jesus said, "Give therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's." This means that while you trust God with your business, you should also comply with the legal and regulatory requirements, including inspections.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this small business to You. We thank You for the spirit of excellence and love that it is being run with. Lord, we ask for Your protection and blessing over this business. Guide its owner in every decision they make, and help them to stay in compliance with all necessary regulations.
We also hold up their heart. We pray that you will help them to trust more in Jesus Christ as their Savior. We pray that they will have faith in the name of Jesus to cast out all their fears. If they have not already done so we pray they will call on the name of Jesus Christ and be saved. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6 WEB. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.
We ask this in Jesus' name because it is in Jesus Christ that we have access to God. Because of Jesus Christ we can approach God with freedom and confidence. Ephesians 3:12 WEB.
We also ask You to give them peace and strength to handle any stress and issues that may arise. Help them to remember that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28 WEB.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
