We come before the Lord with hearts full of concern and faith, seeking His divine protection and guidance for the upcoming meeting. Father, we know that You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We ask that You would go before those involved, surrounding them with Your heavenly hosts and shielding them from any harm or evil intent. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we pray that this meeting would be conducted in a manner that honors You, with wisdom, discernment, and integrity. Grant those attending the clarity to speak truth in love and the humility to listen with open hearts. May Your will be done in every decision and conversation, and may Your name be glorified through the outcomes. We rebuke any spirit of fear, confusion, or deception that may seek to disrupt this time, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7).
We also lift up any unseen spiritual battles that may be taking place. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). Clothe those involved with the full armor of God—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—so that they may stand firm against the schemes of the enemy.
Father, if there are any areas where fear or anxiety has taken root, we ask that You would replace those lies with Your truth. Remind them that You are their strong tower, their shield, and their deliverer (Psalm 18:2). Let them walk into this meeting with confidence, not in their own strength, but in the power of Your might. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
We also pray for unity and harmony among those gathered. May they be of one mind, one spirit, and one purpose, seeking Your kingdom above all else. Let love and respect govern their interactions, and may any divisions or misunderstandings be resolved in a way that brings glory to Your name.
Finally, Lord, we ask that You would use this meeting for Your greater purposes. Whether the outcomes are expected or surprising, help those involved to trust in Your sovereign plan. Give them the faith to believe that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). May this time be a testimony to Your faithfulness and a stepping stone toward the plans You have for them.
In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
