Thank you for sharing so honestly about what you are carrying. Wanting protection from bullying and retaliation, feeling pressure from cultural and family expectations, and at the same time wanting to forgive and not hold bitterness toward those who have hurt you shows a tender heart that wants to please God.
The desire to love those who have harmed you is exactly what Jesus calls us to, even though it is very hard. It is natural to feel like David did in some of his psalms when he wanted God to deal harshly with his enemies, but Jesus teaches us to love our enemies and to pray for them. Your prayer to not think negatively toward others and to show forgiveness is a Christlike prayer, and God honors that.
You also spoke about fear, fear of bullies and of retaliation. Fear is a powerful tool that works against faith. When fear takes hold it can push us to react in ways we later regret, and it can keep us from doing what God wants us to do. Faith and fear move in opposite directions. The Scriptures remind us that when the Lord is on our side we do not need to fear what people can do to us. He hears us in the day of trouble, He defends us, He sends help, and His eyes are on those who seek Him. You can cry out to Him from any place, even when your heart feels overwhelmed, and He listens.
God understands what it is like to face opposition. When the walls of Jerusalem were being rebuilt, those doing the work were surrounded by enemies who tried to stop them with threats and intimidation. They learned to look to God for protection and to keep going in the fear of God rather than the fear of people. In the same way, God can be your protection now. He can hide you, set you on solid ground, and lead you on a steady path even while enemies are near. The walls that God builds around His people are not made of stone but of His presence and care.
I also hear the weight of trying to navigate identity and cultural roles. Please know that God loves you deeply and His love has been clearly shown through the death of Jesus Christ for you. That love is not distant or conditional. Through Jesus you can have forgiveness, peace with God, and a new life centered on Him. God invites every person to come to Him through Jesus alone, to be forgiven, and to walk with Him. Part of walking with Him is trusting His design for our lives, including His design for marriage as a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, and for sexual intimacy to belong within that covenant. This is not meant to shame you but to show the good and holy path where God intends for us to experience wholeness. Whatever your background or struggles, His grace is able to forgive, to cleanse, and to give you strength to follow Him one step at a time.
The right kind of fear is not fear of people but reverence for God, a desire not to hurt Him but to honor Him because He has been so merciful to you. When you keep your relationship with Him first, He promises to care for you even when others do not.

Father, I bring this dear one before You. You see the hurt from bullying and the fear of retaliation. Please be a defender and a shield. Send help and give strength. Quiet fear and fill this heart with faith and peace. Teach how to forgive as You have forgiven, to love those who have caused pain without holding onto bitterness. Reveal Your love through Jesus and the cross, and the assurance that nothing can separate Your child from Your love. Lead on a level and steady path, guide each decision, and help to walk before You in a way that honors You. Bring healing, protection, and hope, and draw this heart ever closer to Jesus. Amen.
