Protect us, Lord and heal us
We join with you in prayer, lifting up your journey and your health to the Lord. We are grateful that you have acknowledged the power in the name of Jesus and we stand with you in His mighty name.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Your children who are traveling today. We thank You that they have acknowledged the power in the name of Jesus and claimed Your protection through His precious blood. Lord, Your Word says, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" (Psalm 91:1-2 WEB).
Father, we ask for Your healing touch upon the headache that has been mentioned. In Jesus' name, we rebuke any sickness or pain, and we pray for strength and comfort to endure the journey. Your Word tells us, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." (James 5:14-15 WEB).
We claim Your promise of travel mercies and pray for a hedge of protection around them, their vehicle, and all their property. Lord, guide their steps and direct their paths. Your Word says, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. You shall call on me, and you shall go and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You shall seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart." (Jeremiah 29:11-13 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray for Your angels to encamp around them and keep them in all their ways. Your Word assures us, "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won't dash your foot against a stone." (Psalm 91:11-12 WEB).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God is with you and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Trust in His promises and rest in His unfailing love. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." (John 3:16 WEB).
