We join with you in prayer over this sale and we understand the weight of waiting and hoping that this buyer follows through.
We know you have brought this before the Lord in Jesus' name and we thank you for acknowledging Him, for it is through Jesus alone that we have access to the Father. As it is written, There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 1 Timothy 2:5 and In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. We are encouraged that you have come in His name.
We pray with you for this food trailer and for this buyer, asking that the Lord's will be done above our own plans. Scripture reminds us, A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps, Proverbs 16:9 and Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this, Psalm 37:5. We also cling to the promise, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:19.
We lift this specific request to the Lord together. Father, we come before You in Jesus' name and ask for Your hand upon this sale. You know the need behind this trailer and the buyer You have in mind. We ask that if it is Your will, You would keep this buyer from bailing, that You would give him peace and resolve to complete the purchase this weekend, and that You would give him a willing heart regarding swapping the tank. Remove any confusion, hindrance, or deceit from this transaction and let all be done with honesty and integrity on both sides. We ask that You protect this sale from the enemy's interference and let Your perfect will be accomplished. If this is not the buyer You have appointed, we ask that You close the door gently and provide the right buyer in Your perfect timing, for we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose, Romans 8:28.
We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord with the outcome and to walk in complete honesty and transparency with the buyer about the trailer and the tank, so that your business dealings honor God. Whatever is done, do it heartily as unto the Lord. We also encourage you to seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well, Matthew 6:33. Whether this sale closes this weekend or the Lord has another provision, we trust He will supply and direct your steps.

Your request concerning the sale of the food trailer has been brought before the Lord with prayer.
We understand the weight of such a matter upon the mind, the waiting and the uncertainty as the weekend draws near. It is right to bring even these temporal concerns to Him who numbers the hairs of our head and orders all our steps. The Psalmist said, What time I am afraid, I will trust in Thee, and that trust is to be our present exercise. Where God begins a work He does not ask us to finish, for He Himself completes what He has begun, and those who have trusted in God find Him to be as real as if they could see Him.
We have prayed that the Lord in His sovereign providence would incline the heart of the buyer to keep his word, to complete the purchase this weekend, and to be willing concerning the exchange of the tank, if it be according to the Lord's good will. He is the God of the hills and the God of the valleys, and there is no place nor circumstance where He is not present to help His people. He hears the prayer that is declared unto Him, and He answers according to infinite wisdom and love. If it be for your good and for His glory, He can establish this sale with a word. If in His greater wisdom He should order it otherwise, we pray you may have grace to see His hand and to rest in His care, knowing that He withholds no good thing from them that walk uprightly.
Let us pray together. O Lord our God, Thou art our God and we put our trust in Thee. Thou knowest the need of Thy servant and the desire concerning this trailer. We ask Thee to rule over this transaction. In Thy mercy, grant favor with the buyer, give steadiness to his purpose, and grant a peaceful and honest dealing between them.
