Protect Our Little Ones Lk 17:2, Matt 18:10, Know Holy Scriptures from Their Youth 2 Tim 3:15, Your Love 1 Jn 4:10, Angelic Protection Ps 91:11-16

"He will stand and Shepherd His flock in the strength of the LORD, in the Majestic Name of the LORD His God. And they will Dwell Securely, for then His Greatness will Extend to the Ends of the Earth," Micah 5:4.
Father, we thank You AGAIN for Christ Our Good Shepherd, The Lord Jesus, John 10:11. We ask PROTECTION for them, thank You for these precious youngsters, that You care for us, even ALL OUR CHILDREN and EXTENDED FAMILY with Comforting them with His Rod and His Staff, keeping them from fear, Ps 23:1-6, Isa 40:11, Ezek 34:15, Rev 7:17. JESUS, Take care of Your little ones, comfort and feed them and us, for You have given us a Shepherd after Our Father's Heart, even Jesus, so kindly FEED THEM on wisdom and knowledge, Jer 3:15.

Give Your angels charge over my youngster, his cousins, and the family's "nieces and nephews," friends, parents, uncles, aunts and babysitters -- even all the children of those that congregate here and our fellow believers in spiritual battles, Ps 91:9-16, Heb 1:14. Strengthen our children, our brothers and sisters, even shepherd the entire flock of God among us, 1 Pet 5:2, Acts 20:28. Thank You for "mothers in Israel," and dads on here, who are on guard for not only themselves, but especially for the young ones from evil and warped wolves, Acts 20:28-29, evil people and imposters, 2 Tim 3:13, even if they are "clergy" or "ministers," Strengthen and heal any hurt youth, and give them all in the faith needed for intercession long-term (some of us are believing for YOUR protection remotely for OUR little ones) with power and might through the Holy Spirit to know the dimensions of Your love, Eph 3:14-18, even NOW shed the love of God abroad in their hearts by The Holy Spirit, Rom 5:5.

Be near (The ANGEL of THE LORD CAMPS ALL AROUND those who FEAR HIM, Ps 34:7) the little ones AND bind those wicked people in evil who are in need of deliverance, binding the enemy NOW, in the AUTHORITY of JESUS, Matt 28:18, until the proper time of deliverance by just saying the Word, Matt 8:8, and draw them, us and all around us to Jesus. Especially draw those weary and heavy laden, that You might give them rest, Your yoke is easy and burden is light, so they find rest for their souls, Matt 11:28-30.

Work everything out for the furtherance of the gospel, Phil 1:12, work EVERYTHING together for good, Rom 8:28, according to the counsel of YOUR WILL, Eph 1:11. WE submit to GOD, resist the devil and it is written, "He will flee from us," James 4:7, 1 Peter 5:9, from demoniacs, Mark 16:15-17, from all, since the church YOU built on WHO YOU ARE AS THE MESSIAH will always prevail over the gates of hell, Matt 16:17-18. We pray the armor of God on this one, even now, keep their eyes from seeing, hearing or speaking evil, and their minds AND bodies to be KEPT FROM THE EVIL ONE AND EVIL PEOPLE, 2 Tim 3:13, 2 Thes 3:2, "See to it you do not cause one of these little ones to stumble for it would be better to be drowned with a millstone," Matt 10:42, Mk 9:42, Lk 17:2, "SEE TO IT YOU DO NOT DESPISE even ONE of these LITTLE ONES, for I (Jesus The Risen King) say to you their angels ALWAYS see the Face of Our Father," Matt 18:10. We join with you in this urgent and beautiful cry for protection over our little ones and we thank God for your faithful intercession for them.

Your heart reflects the very heart of our Good Shepherd. We love how you have stood on the Word for the children, for it is written that we are not to cause one of these little ones to stumble, for it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea, Luke 17:2, and that we are not to despise one of these little ones, for in heaven their angels always see the face of our Father who is in heaven, Matthew 18:10. We cling to the promise that from a child you have known the holy Scriptures which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus, 2 Timothy 3:15, and that in this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as the atoning sacrifice for our sins, 1 John 4:10.

We are comforted that He will stand, and shepherd His flock in the strength of the Lord, in the majesty of the name of the Lord His God. They will live there, for then He will be great to the ends of the earth, Micah 5:4. Truly Jesus said, I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep, John 10:11, and He will feed His flock like a shepherd. He will gather the lambs in His arm, and carry them in His bosom, Isaiah 40:11. We take refuge in this, that He Himself will be our shepherd and we shall not want, Psalm 23:1, and that the Lamb who is in the middle of the throne shepherds us and leads us to springs of living water, Revelation 7:17.

We pray together now for every youngster, every cousin, niece and nephew, every child in our extended families and in the households of faith among us.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we thank You for each precious child You have entrusted to us, for children are a heritage of the Lord, Psalm 127:3. We ask You to place Your hand of protection upon them. Give Your angels charge over them to keep them in all their ways, Psalm 91:11, for the angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, and delivers them, Psalm 34:7, and are they not all serving spirits, sent out to do service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation, Hebrews 1:14. We ask You to shepherd the flock of God which is among us, 1 Peter 5:2, and to guard them from savage wolves and from evil men and impostors who will proceed from bad to worse, Acts 20:29, 2 Timothy 3:13. We pray You would keep their eyes from seeing evil and their ears from hearing evil, and keep their bodies and minds from the evil one, 2 Thessalonians 3:3, Matthew 6:13.

We ask You to feed our little ones with wisdom and knowledge through shepherds after Your own heart, Jeremiah 3:15, and to strengthen and heal any youth who has been hurt or who has stumbled. Pour Your love into their hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us, Romans 5:5, that they may be strengthened with power through Your Spirit in the inward person and know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, Ephesians 3:16, Ephesians 3:19. Draw all who are weary and burdened to Jesus that they may find rest for their souls, for His yoke is easy and His burden is light, Matthew 11:28.

We submit ourselves therefore to God, we resist the devil and we trust Your promise that he will flee from us, James 4:7, and we stand firm in faith knowing that the gates of hell will not prevail against Your church, Matthew 16:18. We ask that You would put the whole armor of God upon each child and each guardian, Ephesians 6:11, and that You would work all things together for good for those who love You and work all things according to the counsel of Your will, Romans 8:28, Ephesians 1:11, for the furtherance of the Good News, Philippians 1:12. We thank You in advance, believing that whatever we ask in prayer, believing, we will receive, Mark 11:24.

We are grateful that you pray so faithfully in the majestic name of the Lord Jesus, for it is only through Him we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12, John 14:6. We encourage you to continue steadfast in this intercession, teaching these little ones diligently the Word when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way, Deuteronomy 6:7, knowing that Your labor in the Lord is not in vain, 1 Corinthians 15:58. We stand with you remotely and in unity, trusting our Good Shepherd to keep, comfort with His rod and His staff, and cause all our children and extended families to dwell securely and in peace, in Jesus' name, Amen.

We were so grateful to read your prayer for your youngster and all the little ones around you, his cousins, nieces and nephews, friends, and the children in your fellowship. Your love for them comes through so clearly, and the way you are carrying them before the Lord even when you cannot be physically near them is a beautiful picture of faithful care.

It can feel heavy to intercede from a distance, especially when you are aware of how vulnerable children are and how much you want to shield them. We want you to know God sees that watchful love you have, the same kind of love that makes you pray for their safety, their growth in knowing Him, and for trustworthy adults around them. He is the Good Shepherd who stays close to His flock, and we can trust Him to hear every prayer you bring.

One simple way to stay steady in this long-term intercession is to keep a short list of their names where you will see it each day, and bring each one to the Lord by name as you are able. When you do have time with them, even a brief story about Jesus or a quiet prayer together can plant seeds that stay with them.

Father, we bring these precious children before You in Jesus' name. Draw each one close to Yourself, guard their hearts and bodies, and surround them with Your care. Give wisdom and strength to parents, family and babysitters, and comfort any child who is hurting. Help us to keep praying with hope and to rest in Your faithful love. Amen.

How tender and right is this prayer which lays the lambs of the flock at the feet of the Good Shepherd. We join our hearts with yours and thank God for Jesus Christ who stands and shepherds His flock in the strength of the Lord, and for the promise that they shall dwell securely, Micah 5:4. He is the Good Shepherd who gives His life for the sheep, John 10:11, who gathers the lambs with His arm and carries them in His bosom, Isaiah 40:11, who feeds them and leads them beside still waters, Psalm 23.

We take comfort that the Lord has given His angels charge over His people to keep them in all their ways, Psalm 91:11. Yet we must remember that this keeping is in appointed ways, in the paths of obedience and duty, not in ways of willfulness or presumption. As we have often taught, they who run without warrant from their nest and go in opposition to the order of Providence cannot claim this keeping. Let us therefore keep our children and ourselves in the ways of the Lord, cleaving to the truths which God has taught us by His Spirit, and we shall find that we always need this divine and angelic keeping and shall always have it while we walk therein. Think not lightly of this, for their angels always behold the face of our Father which is in heaven, Matthew 18:10, and they are ministering spirits sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation, Hebrews 1:14. What a mystery that angels themselves should learn the manifold wisdom of God as it is revealed in Christ and His Church, Ephesians 3:10.

We are greatly comforted by the promise, I will pour My Spirit upon thy seed, Isaiah 44:3. Our children need the Spirit of God, for the heart is by nature a den of evil and out of it proceed evil thoughts which defile the man, Matthew 15:19. No mere instruction will suffice unless the Spirit renews them. Therefore let us pray for their new birth through the blood of Jesus Christ His Son which cleanses us from all sin, 1 John 1:7, and let us be diligent to make known to them the Holy Scriptures which are able to make them wise unto salvation, 2 Timothy 3:15. The study of a good scriptural catechism is of infinite value to our children, and the prayers of fathers and mothers in Israel, offered long before, are often answered when the child is brought home though the prayer had been exchanged for praise.

You do well to ask that they may be kept from the evil one and from evil people, 2 Thessalonians 3:2, for grievous wolves enter in not sparing the flock, Acts 20:29, and in these last days evil men and impostors wax worse and worse, 2 Timothy 3:13. We are not to overcome evil with evil, for to recompense evil for evil is natural to the children of darkness, but we who are the children of the God of love must overcome evil with good, Romans 12:21, flying at once to the blood of the atonement to be purged and kept. Take heed that you cause not one of these little ones to stumble, for it were better that a millstone were hanged about his neck, Luke 17:2, and see that ye despise not one of these little ones.

Cast your burden upon the Lord, Psalm 55:22. It is too heavy for you to bear, this care for youngsters and cousins and nieces and nephews and all the household of faith both near and far. Trace the burden back to God, for He permits every trial for His own glory and for your good, and He will sustain you. Put on the whole armour of God, and submit yourselves to God, resist the devil and he will flee from you, James 4:7. The Church which Christ builds upon Himself as the Messiah shall prevail over the gates of hell, Matthew 16:18.

So we pray with you now. O Lord our Shepherd, spread Your protection over these little ones and over all who watch over them. Give Your angels charge over them, keep their eyes from seeing evil and their minds from loving it, shed abroad Your love in their hearts by the Holy Ghost, Romans 5:5, and cause them to know the dimensions of that love, Ephesians 3:18. Feed them with wisdom and knowledge through shepherds after Your own heart, Jeremiah 3:15, and bring every weary and heavy laden one among us to find rest in Christ whose yoke is easy, Matthew 11:28. Work all things together for good according to the counsel of Your will, Ephesians 1:11, and for the furtherance of the gospel, Philippians 1:12. This we ask in the authority of Jesus, to whom all power is given in heaven and in earth, Matthew 28:18, Amen.
