Jesus, we cast ALL our cares on You, Jesus, since You care about us," Your Sheep, Jn 10:27...

Father, we thank You AGAIN for Christ Our Good Shepherd, The Lord Jesus, John 10:11. We ask PROTECTION for them, thank You for these precious youngsters, that You care for us, even ALL OUR CHILDREN and EXTENDED FAMILY, Comforting them with Your Rod and Staff, keeping them from fear, Ps 23:1-6, Isa 40:11, Ezek 34:15, Rev 7:17. JESUS, Take care of Your little ones, comfort and feed them and us, for You have given us a Shepherd after Our Father's Heart, even Jesus, so kindly FEED THEM on wisdom and knowledge, Jer 3:15.

Give Your angels charge over my youngster, his cousins, and the family's "nieces and nephews," friends, parents, uncles, aunts and babysitters -- even all the children of those that congregate here, pray and our fellow believers in spiritual battles, Ps 91:9-16, Heb 1:14. Strengthen our children, our brothers and sisters, even shepherd the entire flock of God among us, 1 Pet 5:2, Acts 20:28. Thank You for "mothers in Israel," and dads on here, who are on guard for not only themselves, but especially for the young ones from evil and warped wolves, Acts 20:28-29, evil people and imposters, 2 Tim 3:13, even if they are "clergy" or "ministers," Strengthen and heal any hurt youth, and give them all in the faith needed for intercession long-term (some of us are believing for YOUR protection remotely for OUR little ones) with power and might through the Holy Spirit to know the dimensions of Your love, Eph 3:14-18, even NOW shed the love of God abroad in their hearts by The Holy Spirit, Rom 5:5.

Be near (The ANGEL of THE LORD CAMPS ALL AROUND those who FEAR HIM, Ps 34:7) the little ones AND bind those wicked people in evil who are in need of deliverance, binding the enemy NOW, in the AUTHORITY of JESUS, Matt 28:18, until the proper time of deliverance by just saying the Word, Matt 8:8, and draw them, us and all around us to Jesus. Especially draw those weary and heavy laden, that You might give them rest, Your yoke is easy and burden is light, so they find rest for their souls, Matt 11:28-30.

Work everything out for the furtherance of the gospel, Phil 1:12, work EVERYTHING together for good, Rom 8:28, according to the counsel of YOUR WILL, Eph 1:11. WE submit to GOD, resist the devil and it is written, "He will flee from us," James 4:7, 1 Peter 5:9, from demoniacs, Mark 16:15-17, from all, since the church YOU built on WHO YOU ARE AS THE MESSIAH will always prevail over the gates of hell, Matt 16:17-18. We pray the armor of God on this one, even now, keep their eyes from seeing, hearing or speaking evil, and their minds AND bodies to be KEPT FROM THE EVIL ONE AND EVIL PEOPLE, 2 Tim 3:13, 2 Thes 3:2, "See to it you do not cause one of these little ones to stumble for it would be better to be drowned with a millstone," Matt 10:42, Mk 9:42, Lk 17:2, "SEE TO IT YOU DO NOT DESPISE even ONE of these LITTLE ONES, for I (Jesus The Risen King) say to you their angels ALWAYS see the Face of Our Father," Matt 18:10. We join together with you in lifting up our little ones before the Lord Jesus and we say amen to your cry for their protection.

We share your burden for the children, our own youngsters and those of our extended families and all the children entrusted to our care, and we thank God that He has given us a Good Shepherd who lays down His life for the sheep. As it is written, I am the good shepherd John 10:11 and My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me John 10:27. We take comfort that the Lord Himself shepherds His flock.

We agree with you that our children need the covering of our Father and the charge of His angels. For it is written, For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways Psalm 91:11 and The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them Psalm 34:7. We also cling to the warning and the promise of Jesus concerning little ones, It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea, rather than that he should cause one of these little ones to stumble Luke 17:2 and See that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven Matthew 18:10. How precious they are to Him, and how serious He is about their protection from evil people and impostors 2 Timothy 3:13 and from wolves who would enter among the flock Acts 20:29.

We also join your prayer that they would know the Holy Scriptures from their youth, for from infancy, you have known the holy Scriptures which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith, which is in Christ Jesus 2 Timothy 3:15. We pray they will know not only knowledge but the love of God that is revealed in Christ, for In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son as the atoning sacrifice for our sins 1 John 4:10 and that the love of God has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us Romans 5:5.

We cast all our cares on Him together, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7, and we trust His rod and staff to comfort and guide them Psalm 23:4, for He will feed his flock like a shepherd. He will gather the lambs in his arm, and carry them in his bosom Isaiah 40:11.

Let us pray together.

Father, in the mighty name of Jesus we come before Your throne of grace and we thank You for Your Son, our Shepherd, and for every child You have entrusted to us. We ask You to place Your hand of protection upon our youngsters, their cousins, nieces and nephews, their friends and classmates, and all the children of those who gather to pray among us. Give Your angels charge over them to keep them in all their ways and keep them from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3. Guard their eyes and ears and minds from evil, and keep their bodies pure and safe from those who would cause them to stumble.

We pray You would feed them with wisdom and knowledge through shepherds after Your own heart Jeremiah 3:15, and that You would cause them to dwell securely under the strength of the Lord Micah 5:4. Strengthen parents and grandparents and all who stand guard over them, and heal any young one who has been hurt, and let them know the breadth and length and height and depth of Christ's love Ephesians 3:18. Draw the weary and heavy laden among us to Jesus, for we hear His invitation, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28. We submit ourselves to You, we resist the devil and we trust Your promise that he will flee from us James 4:7. Let Your will be done and work all things together for good for those who love You Romans 8:28 and for the furtherance of the gospel Philippians 1:12.

We thank You in advance that You hear us when we ask according to Your will, and we ask all of this in the authority of Jesus, to whom has been given all authority in heaven and on earth Matthew 28:18, amen.

We hear the tenderness and urgency in your prayer for the children in your family and church. Wanting them to know Jesus early, to be safe, to be surrounded by love and truth is a beautiful burden to carry, and we are honored to carry it with you.

We join you in bringing each youngster by name before the Lord, the cousins, nieces and nephews, friends and their caregivers. God sees them and hears you even when you are praying at a distance. Continuing to lift them up regularly, and when you have opportunity simply sharing His love in everyday moments, reading a short story together, speaking a gentle word of truth, helps plant seeds that can grow for a lifetime. Staying in close, caring communication with parents, aunts, uncles and babysitters also helps create that steady circle of watchfulness you long for.

We also thank God for the way you lean on Him as your Shepherd instead of trying to carry all this worry alone.

Father, we bring these little ones to You in Jesus' name. Keep them safe from harm and from those who would lead them astray. Surround them with Your presence, comfort their hearts when they are afraid, and help them grow to know and love You. Give wisdom and strength to those who care for them, and give our friend peace as they trust You day by day. Amen.

Your earnest prayer for the little ones is right and comely in the sight of the Lord, and it is good that you bring them by name before the throne of grace. Our God is a Shepherd, and Jesus Christ is that Good Shepherd who laid down His life for the sheep, and who still gathers the lambs with His arm and carries them in His bosom. It is written that He will stand and shepherd His flock in the strength of the Lord, and they shall dwell securely, and that He calleth His own sheep by name and they know His voice.

You do well to plead the Scriptures you have quoted. The Lord Jesus Himself has said that whoso shall cause one of these little ones to stumble it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that we should not despise one of these little ones for their angels always behold the face of our Father which is in heaven. What a tender word is this for parents and for all who watch for souls. To keep the house, to maintain the children, to thrust the wolf from the door, such anxieties never trouble celestial spirits, yet the Lord has given His angels charge over His people to keep them in all their ways.

Remember that this protection is perpetual as well as personal. You will always need Divine and angelic keeping, for God would not have charged His angels to keep His people in all their ways if they did not need protection in all their ways. This is not a promise to plead presumption upon, as though we might do as we like and claim exemption, but a promise for the holy way, for those who walk in obedience and faith. If we keep the precept we need not fear to claim the promise, for the angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear Him and delivereth them, and they are ministering spirits sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation. From what spiritual evils they guard us it is not for me fully to tell, nor to describe how often in unseen places there are fierce contests between the powers of darkness and these holy watchers, but we know that He that keepeth Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps, and that we are kept by His power.

You also pray that they may know the Holy Scriptures from their youth, and this is the surest keeping. The Scriptures are able to make wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus, and there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. The blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin, and apart from that cleansing no angel can keep us, for the heart itself is a den of evil until grace renews it. Let the children be fed, then, upon wisdom and knowledge by a shepherd after Gods own heart, let them hear of that love wherewith God loved us when He sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins, and let that love be shed abroad in their hearts by the Holy Ghost. So shall they be preserved from evil while they are here and at last see His face with joy.

Therefore cast your burden upon the Lord, as you have said. You have a burden upon your back and it is heavy with fear for those you love both near and far. Trace the matter back to the Great First Cause and leave it there. He will sustain you. He will bring you again though you have sunk low, and He will keep the little ones whom you commit to Him. Submit yourselves to God, resist the devil and he will flee from you, not in your strength but in the authority of Jesus to whom all power is given in heaven and in earth.

Let us pray together. O Lord our Shepherd, we thank Thee for Jesus Christ who gave His life for the sheep and who now lives to intercede for them. We commit to Thy tender care these little ones, their cousins and kindred, their friends and those who watch over them, and all the children of Thy people who are gathered in Thy name. Give Thy angels charge over them to keep them in all their ways, keep their eyes from seeing evil and their feet from straying, and keep their bodies and minds from the evil one and from evil men. Cause them from childhood to know the Holy Scriptures and to know Thy love in Christ, and feed them with knowledge and understanding. Comfort them with Thy rod and Thy staff and let them hear the voice of the true Shepherd and follow Him. Work all things together for good according to the counsel of Thy will and for the furtherance of the gospel, and keep us all in the hollow of Thy hand until we dwell securely with Thee forever. We ask this in the name of Jesus our Lord, Amen.

We join you in giving thanks for Christ our Good Shepherd who laid down His life for the sheep and who knows His own and is known by them. Your burden for the little ones is right and good, for the Lord Himself has shown how precious they are in His sight, warning that it would be better for a millstone to be hung around the neck of one who causes a little one to stumble, and teaching that their angels always behold the face of the Father in heaven.

We pray with you that our Lord Jesus will stand and shepherd His flock in the strength of the Lord, that He will gather the lambs in His arms and carry them close to His heart, and lead them gently. We ask Him to place His rod and staff around these children, your own youngster and his cousins, the nieces and nephews, friends and classmates, and all the children of the households that gather with you, together with their parents, aunts and uncles, and those who care for them. We ask that He give His angels charge over them to guard them in all their ways, and that He Himself keep them from the evil one and from evil people.

We pray also as you have asked that these children may know the Holy Scriptures from their youth, for the Scriptures are able to make them wise for salvation through faith in Jesus Christ, and that alone. There is no other name by which we are saved, and there is no other way to the Father except through Him. We ask that the love of God which was shown to us while we were yet sinners, when He sent His Son to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins, would be poured into their hearts by the Holy Spirit, and that they would grow to know the breadth and length and height and depth of that love.

We hear your desire that they be fed with wisdom and knowledge. This is the greatest protection we can seek for them. As the Scripture says, come you children, hear and I will teach you the fear of the Lord. When the fear of God is planted within a child from the first years, that inward guard becomes a wall that cannot be broken, a better keeper than any outward help. So we pray that mothers and fathers, and all who teach, will faithfully instruct them to keep the tongue from evil, to depart from evil and do good, to seek peace and pursue it, and to be babes in malice but mature in understanding.

We ask the Lord to strengthen the whole flock among you, to raise up faithful shepherds after His own heart, and to guard the fold from wolves and from deceivers, whether they come from outside or appear as ministers within. The days are evil not by their own nature but because of the evil deeds done in them by men, and the enemy who is the ruler of those who give themselves to darkness seeks to devour. Therefore we pray that God would clothe these little ones and their families with the armor of God, that He would restrain wickedness, bring the works of darkness to light, heal any young person who has been hurt, and draw both the weary and those who do evil to repentance and rest in Christ, whose yoke is easy and whose burden is light.

We submit ourselves to God and resist the devil, trusting the promise that he will flee, and trusting that the Church which Christ builds upon Himself as the Messiah will prevail against the gates of hell. We ask that God would work all things according to the counsel of His will and for the furtherance of the gospel, and that He would keep the eyes, ears, lips, minds and bodies of these children pure and steadfast.

We will continue to remember you, your extended family, and all these little ones in prayer, asking for long endurance in intercession through the power of the Holy Spirit. May the Lord keep you all in His care, cause you to dwell securely, and bring you together as one flock under one Shepherd, until His greatness reaches to the ends of the earth.
