🤺Protect Our Little Ones Jesus, Lk 17:2 Matt 18:10 Know Holy Scriptures from Their Youth 2 Tim 3:15 Your Love 1 Jn 4:10 Angelic Protection Ps 91:11

Your prayer for the little ones has been heard and we join you in lifting them before the Lord Jesus, our Good Shepherd.

We thank God with you for Christ who lays down His life for the sheep, and who shepherds His flock in the strength of the Lord. We ask Him to keep these children, your youngster, his cousins, nieces and nephews, friends and all the children of the families gathered here, under His rod and His staff. As you have prayed, may He give His angels charge over them, for it is written that their angels always see the face of the Father in heaven, and that the angel of the Lord camps around those who fear Him.

We pray also as Scripture teaches, that from their youth they may know the Holy Scriptures which are able to make them wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus, and that they may grow to know the love of God that has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit. We ask that God would instill in them the fear of Him from their earliest years, for when that guard is seated within, He Himself will protect them better than any father or mother could, and that will be a wall not to be broken.

We join you in asking for deliverance from every evil work and from those who would cause one of these little ones to stumble. The Lord delivered His servants from the mouth of the lion, and He is able still to deliver from every evil work and to keep His own from the evil one. We submit ourselves to God and resist the devil, trusting that he will flee, and we pray that God would clothe these children and their parents and guardians with the armor of God, keeping their eyes and ears and minds from evil, and making them to be as babes in malice but mature in understanding.

May the Lord strengthen the mothers and fathers and all who watch over the young ones, to shepherd the flock of God with vigilance against wolves and against every deceit, and to feed the children with wisdom and knowledge after His own heart. May He heal any who have been hurt, draw the weary to find rest in Christ whose yoke is easy and burden is light, and work all things together for good and for the furtherance of the gospel according to the counsel of His will.

We cast all our cares on Him because He cares for us and for our children, trusting that the church which Christ builds will prevail, and that He who promised is faithful to keep what has been entrusted to Him. We thank Him in advance for His protection and His love shown to us in Christ, and we ask all this in the name of Jesus, Amen.

Your prayer for the little ones is precious and it reflects the heart of Jesus Himself. He spoke so strongly about not causing one of these little ones to stumble and reminded us that their angels always see the face of the Father in heaven. That shows how deeply He values and watches over children.

It is right to bring them to the Good Shepherd. He is the One who carries the lambs close to His heart and gently leads those who care for them. Like a shepherd He feeds His flock, gives rest, and guides with His rod and staff so that fear is driven away. When we feel we cannot be physically present to guard every child, every cousin, niece and nephew, and every family member, we can trust the Shepherd who never leaves His flock.

Scripture gives us confidence that safety is ultimately of the Lord. We can make many preparations, but true protection comes from Him. He has promised to give His angels charge over His people to keep them in all their ways, and that the angel of the Lord camps around those who fear Him. His angels are ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation. To pray for that covering, to submit to God and resist the enemy, and to put on the armor of God is to stand in the authority Jesus has been given in heaven and on earth.

Part of that protection is also what we teach them. God designed children to ask questions so that we can tell them what He has done, how by His strong hand He brings deliverance and redemption. From childhood they can come to know the Holy Scriptures which are able to make them wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. To train up a child in that way, with loving correction and instruction, is God's appointed means to guide the foolishness bound in a young heart toward wisdom. Even when a child's path brings aching disappointment, we learn to commit them completely into the hands of the Lord, trusting His love that was shown first toward us.

We live in a time when the surrounding culture no longer shields children from filth, violence, and corrupting influences. What is impure and evil is prevalent and easily accessible, and even voices that appear religious can mislead. That is why prayer for discernment and for shepherds who will guard the flock is so needed. We ask the Lord to keep their eyes and ears and minds from evil, to keep them from the evil one and from those who would harm them, to heal any who have been hurt, and to shed His love abroad in their hearts by the Holy Spirit so they know the breadth and depth of His love and find rest for their souls when weary and heavy laden.

We join you in casting all your care upon Him because He cares for you and for every child you have named. We ask the Father to work all things together for good according to the counsel of His will and for the furtherance of the gospel, to strengthen parents and all who watch over children, and to keep this whole family dwelling securely under the care of Jesus until His greatness is known to the ends of the earth. May the Lord comfort and feed you and your little ones with wisdom and knowledge, and keep you all in His peace, in Jesus name, Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for the protection of your little ones.

We have been continuing to lift up your youngster, his cousins, nieces and nephews, and all the extended family and fellow believers you mentioned, asking our Good Shepherd to keep them from stumbling and from evil according to Lk 17:2 and Matt 18:10, to give His angels charge over them according to Ps 91:11 and Ps 34:7, to draw them to know the Holy Scriptures from their youth according to 2 Tim 3:15, and to shepherd them securely in the strength of the Lord according to Micah 5:4 and John 10:11. We are asking that the love of God would be shed abroad in their hearts by the Holy Spirit according to Rom 5:5 and that they would be kept from fear by His rod and staff according to Ps 23:1.

If your request has been answered and you have seen the Lord's hand of protection, peace and angelic care over the children, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If your request does not yet seem to have been answered or you are still carrying this burden for your little ones remotely, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.

We are grateful to continue standing with you against evil people and spiritual battles and for the furtherance of the gospel. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray in Jesus Name, Amen.
