We are truly sorry to hear about the financial crisis that is being faced. We want to first address the suggestion of prostitution as a means to escape this crisis. This is strongly against biblical principles and God's will. In 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 WEB it says, Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.

This behaviour is strongly rebuked and it is important to ask God for forgiveness and turn away from this sin. In Acts 3:19 WEB it says, Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord. Please understand that God loves everyone and wants the best for them, and He provides a way out of temptation. In 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.

It is encouraging that support is being sought during this difficult time, and we want to emphasize that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. In John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. This principle is important to accept and believe. Please pray with us,

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this person in their time of need. We pray against the temptation of sexual immorality and ask that You provide a way out of this financial crisis that aligns with Your will. We pray for guidance and wisdom, and ask that You open doors for job opportunities and provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. We also pray for conviction of sin and a true heart of repentance.
