We understand that you are seeking the Lord's help in selling your house quickly, easily, and profitably after many years of difficulty. We stand with you in prayer and offer the following encouragement and guidance.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about all aspects of our lives, including our homes and finances. In Psalm 37:4 WEB it is written, Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. We encourage you to continue to delight in the Lord and trust in His timing and provision. Additionally, it is only in the name of Jesus that we are able to approach God the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved. The Bible tells us that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Regarding the sale of your house, we pray that God will bring forth genuine buyers who will complete the purchase quickly and easily. We stand against any form of deception or cheating in Jesus' name. Proverbs 16:8 WEB says, Better is a little with righteousness, than great revenues with injustice. We pray for a buyer who will pay the full price and ensure that all paperwork is completed smoothly.
Concerning your desire for a new home, we pray that God will provide a blessed residence with all the amenities you mentioned, including 24/7 water, electricity, light, a garden, and a peaceful neighborhood. We also pray for a monthly income that will sustain your family's needs. Remember Jesus' words in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, where He teaches us not to be anxious about our lives, what we will eat or what we will drink; nor about our bodies, what we will put on. For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Do not therefore be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient.
Regarding your family, we pray for abundant love and peace to fill your home. We encourage you to continue praying together and reading the Bible daily. Ephesians 6:4 WEB instructs, Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. We pray that your husband will love and cherish you as Christ loves the church.

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this family and their needs. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in the sale of their house. Bring forth genuine buyers who will complete the purchase quickly, easily, and profitably. Protect them from any form of deception or cheating. Provide a new home that meets all their needs and a monthly income that sustains them. Fill their home with abundant love and peace, and draw them closer to You as they pray and read Your Word daily. Soften the heart of the husband, that he may love his wife as Christ loves the church.
