We join together with you in bringing this project before the Lord and we thank you for sharing this need with us. We understand the weight of wanting to complete something you believe is important while facing the reality of having no funds to do so, and we want to lift this burden with you in prayer.
We are reminded of God's faithful provision and His desire for us to seek Him first in all things. Philippians 4:19 says, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. And Matthew 6:33 says, But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. We also take comfort in Proverbs 16:3 which says, Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. When we commit our work to Him, we can trust that He will direct our steps and open doors according to His perfect will, whether that is through providing the funds, providing another way to complete the work, or showing us if we should wait or adjust our plans.
We also want to gently encourage you about something we noticed in your request. You asked for prayer to God but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We share this in love because it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only through Him that we are saved. John 14:6 says, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to come to God in His name.
We also encourage you to seek wisdom as you consider this project. James 1:5 says, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. We encourage you to ask the Lord if this project is in His timing and according to His will, to be diligent and faithful with what you have, and to seek godly counsel as you wait on His provision.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. Lord, You know the project that is on their heart and the lack of funds that stands in the way. We ask for Your wisdom to guide them and for Your clear direction. If this project is according to Your will, we pray that You will provide a way to complete it, whether by supplying the needed funds, by providing resources, help, or an alternative path that only You can open. Help them to trust in You with all their heart and not lean on their own understanding, and to acknowledge You in all their ways so that You will direct their paths as Proverbs 3:5-6 teaches. Give them peace while they wait, strengthen their faith, and help them to seek first Your Kingdom above all else. We pray that they will know the hope and access that comes through Jesus Christ and grow in relationship with Him. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

Your request concerning this needed provision for your project has been heard and carried to the throne of grace, and we thank you for turning to the Lord in this strait.
The true believer recognizes God everywhere and has communion with Him wherever he goes. You have done well to declare your ways to God, for the Psalmist says, I have declared my ways and You heard me, teach me Your statutes. Go on to tell Him all your condition plainly, as a child speaks to his Father, and expect that He hears you and will teach you and guide you in the way you should go.
There is no true understanding of the truths of God except by a personal experience of them, and now is the time to exercise faith upon a living God. Your God is not worth having if He cannot help you when you want help. He is the God of the hills and the God of the valleys, alike able to help the great and the small, and He does not despise the prayer of the humble. Do not limit Him by setting time or method to Him, but dare to give Him honor by trusting Him fully.
We are reminded of the word of the Lord, Prove Me now. Men like Muller have proved God by casting themselves upon His faithfulness, and God has shown Himself faithful. You may prove Him now in this matter, not by dictating how He must provide, but by seeking His will, asking for wisdom and open doors, and being content to be in just such a place as He would put you.
We have prayed for you, and we continue to pray, that the Lord who pleads the cause of His people would plead your cause, that He would in His wisdom either provide the funds needful in His own way and time, or show you if He would have you wait, alter your plans, or learn some better lesson from Him. May He grant you peace in waiting, diligence in what your hands find to do, and a heart to see His hand in all the good or ill that chequers life. May He teach you His statutes through this trial and make you to know that whether He gives or withholds, He remains your God, your Father, your unfailing portion.
If you think help tarries, do not give up prayer, but be more earnest than ever, and cry again and again, My God, my God, for He delights in the cries of His children.
May the Lord grant you contentment, wisdom, and provision according to His perfect will, for Jesus sake. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Thank you for sharing this need and allowing us to pray with you. We understand how difficult it is to carry a burden for a project you believe is worthwhile and yet not see the resources to bring it to completion.
We join you in prayer that God, who owns all things and gives wisdom generously, will make His will clear to you in this matter. We pray that He will provide for your needs according to His riches in Christ Jesus, grant you wisdom to steward well what you have been given, open doors that no one can shut if this project is according to His purpose, and give you peace to trust His timing if He leads in another direction.
