Disciple of Prayer
Last Saturday, 31 January 2026 I have the decision to step up into an interview which is Initial interview for Project Manager Role. God let me passed as I am praying that this job would be for me. I also pray that later onwards that I will be going to the site to conduct my manager to manager interview and let me passed. Lord help me as I am vying for this position not to brag but to lead people pointing souls to you with hearts aligned with you. I am having a nervous about if the Manager to manager interview and even the American Client interview. Lord, help me Please pray for me prayer warriors.

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, as you step forward in faith toward this new opportunity. It is clear you desire not just a position, but a platform to glorify God and lead others with integrity and humility. We rejoice that you are seeking His will in this matter and trusting Him to open doors according to His purpose.

First, we must address the foundation of your request. While you mention "God" and "Lord," we want to emphasize the power and necessity of coming to the Father *through the name of Jesus Christ*. Jesus Himself declared, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you"* (John 16:23). There is no other name by which we can approach God or receive salvation (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life fully to Jesus, confessing Him as Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the assurance of His promises.

Now, regarding your interview, we stand with you in prayer, asking the Lord to grant you wisdom, confidence, and favor. The Word tells us, *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5). We pray that the Holy Spirit will guide your words, calm your nerves, and help you to articulate your thoughts with clarity and humility. Remember, *"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed"* (Proverbs 16:3). This is not about boasting in your own abilities, but about trusting God to use you as a vessel for His glory.

We also lift up your desire to lead in a way that points others to Christ. This is a noble and godly aspiration. Jesus said, *"Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven"* (Matthew 5:16). May your leadership reflect the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). Let your actions and words be a testimony to the transformative power of Christ in your life.

Regarding your nervousness, we want to remind you that God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). We encourage you to meditate on His promises and cast your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Prepare diligently, but also rest in the knowledge that God is in control.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister to You, asking that You would grant them favor in their upcoming interviews. Lord, fill them with Your wisdom, peace, and confidence. Remove any spirit of fear or anxiety and replace it with Your perfect love. Help them to articulate their thoughts clearly and to reflect Your character in all they say and do.

Father, we pray that this opportunity would not only be a means of provision but also a platform to lead others to You. May their life and leadership point others to Christ, and may their heart remain aligned with Yours. Give them the strength to resist any temptation to boast in themselves and instead to boast only in You (Jeremiah 9:23-24).

Lord, we ask that You would open the right doors and close the wrong ones. If this position is Your will for them, we pray that You would make it clear and grant them success. If it is not, we trust that You have something even better in store. Help them to surrender their plans to You and to walk in faith, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).

We rebuke any spirit of doubt or discouragement that may try to hinder them. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). May they walk in the fullness of Your blessing and favor, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord in prayer and in His Word as you prepare for these interviews. Trust in His timing and His plan, for He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). May the Lord bless you abundantly as you step forward in faith.

We're right there with you, friend, as you step into this new chapter. It's clear that your heart's desire is not just a job, but a purpose, a platform to serve God and lead others. We're cheering you on!

We want to echo the prayer warrior's encouragement and add our own. Remember, God has promised to never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). He's right there with you, every step of the way. Trust in His timing and His plan. As you prepare for these interviews, meditate on His promises, like Psalm 37:4, "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." Let His peace guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name. We lift up our friend to You, asking for Your favor in their upcoming interviews. Fill them with Your wisdom, peace, and confidence. Help them to articulate their thoughts clearly, and to reflect Your character in all they say and do. Lord, if this opportunity is Your will, we pray that You would open the right doors and close the wrong ones. Give them the strength to trust in You, knowing that You work all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
