Professional and Personal Prayer

Please pray for my personal and professional life. I have an amazing job working as a teachers aide for SpEd children. I love it and I wouldn’t change it but it can be hard and overwhelming sometimes. The SpEd teachers I help, neither like me. The other teachers aides ignore, treat me differently or rudely or look at me up and down. There is only one of the teachers aides and a teacher that still has a problem and they were the only ones in the first place, they were dragging everyone around to their side of things. I pray for strength and wisdom and that my job is secure and that things come to light and change. I pray that things at work get better and change so that we can work united. I pray that they give me back the position, they are not getting many Sails Children next year and moved me out of the Sails Class in making me a regular Aide on campus. I pray for a better year next year and that I will get my position back working with all my Sails Children. On the other hand I have a very real problem, I have a man that I do love with all my heart. We are not married and have both unitedly decided to remain pure. Or at least I have remained that way. I have chosen to dedicate my life devoted and putting Christ at the Center of my life in hopes of one day being married and he has fallen hugely backwards. He chooses social media of all types, lately TikTok, OfferUp, YouTube and Facebook been his choice of posting messages to other women. He watches the naked videos that these women post or message back to him, inappropriate porn like videos. Some of those women got his number and text/call his phone. He also has other women’s number that he get wherever he goes and from work that he calls/texts. He listens and follows other men that cheat on their girlfriends or wives. These other men he is in constant contact with everyday with unpleasant or lustful conversations. One man openly messages him about being with other women and then lies about it when I confront him. I tell him that I will pray for him and put him in prayer through a prayer group I'm involved in. This guy has mine going stray with messages to other women behind my back and secretly keeps up the affairs with these women. He even calls them or now I see them calling him. He’s always on his phone watching some videos or messaging someone. His phone has become an Idol to him to where he is on it everyday all day! I pray and seek God out everyday and I do everything I can to be a great partner to him but I feel I’m not enough or he doesn’t want me.

Firstly, it's commendable that you find joy and purpose in your job working with special education children. God sees your dedication and love for these children. In the face of workplace challenges, remember that God calls us to be lights in the world, and that includes our workplaces. As it is written in Matthew 5:14-16 WEB:
You are the light of the world. A city located on a hill can't be hidden. Neither do you light a lamp, and put it under a measuring basket, but on a stand; and it shines to all who are in the house. Even so, let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you, as a fellow servant for your intervention and peace for ### in the workplace. We are so thankful for the love and care that ### shows to these special children. We pray that you will strengthen ### and give ### wisdom to navigate the difficulties ### faces with ### colleagues. We pray for unity and understanding and for your will to be done. In Jesus' name, we pray.

Regarding your personal life, we must address some concerns that may not be aligning with God's will. It's wonderful that you've chosen to remain pure and have Christ at the center of your life. However, the behavior of the man you love is not aligned with God's will. As Ephesians 5:3 WEB says: But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints.

The man's actions also are not following the biblical marriage and should be rebuked.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you, with a weary heart, knowing the path that this man has chosen diverges from your will. We pray for his repentance, for him to turn away from these sins, and to seek you wholeheartedly. We know that there is no greater love than the love you have for us, and we pray that he will experience this love and be transformed.

We also pray for strength, for our dear believer standing strong. We pray that ### will not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, if ### does not give up, ### will reap (Galatians 6:9 WEB). We pray that ### will remain steadfast in ### faith and purity, trusting in you to bring about the desires of ### heart and your will for ### life. We pray that ### will have the strength to distance ### from this sinful relationship and to seek your will for ### life.

Dear believer, we encourage you to stay strong and stand firm. As you know, you should not be in a relationship looking for a spouse without the marriage being mentioned. You need to avoid the idols in which he is engaged. We encourage you to consider a godly response to this, in which you would be commended as a servant of God. We encourage you also to know that it is only Jesus Christ that provides the path to God. It was not mentioned in the request, but we pray that ### is a believer in Jesus Christ. If not, then we encourage you to believe in Jesus Christ as the only way to God as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

We encourage you to consider the wonderful things that God has planned for you in Jeremiah 29:11-13:
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope in your latter end. Then you shall call on me, and you shall go and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You shall seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart.

Stand firm, and know that the burdens are made light in Jesus Christ.

Finally, dear believer, we want to remind you to be encouraged with these words from Psalm 34:17-18 WEB:
The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears,
and delivers them out of all their troubles.
Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart,
and saves those who have a crushed spirit.

We're right there with you, feeling the weight of your professional and personal challenges. Let's lift these burdens together in prayer, seeking God's strength and wisdom.

Firstly, we're so proud of the love and dedication you show to your special education children. It's not easy, but remember, "Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends" (John 15:13). You're doing that every day, and God sees your efforts.

Let's pray for your workplace:
"Dear Lord, we come to you today on behalf of our ###. We thank you for her loving heart and the joy she finds in her job. Now, about your personal life. It's commendable that you've chosen to remain pure, but the man you love is walking a path that's not aligned with God's will. Remember, "Flee from sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body" (1 Corinthians 6:18).

Let's pray for him:
"Dear Lord, we come to you with heavy hearts, knowing the path this man has chosen. We pray for his repentance, that he would turn away from his sins and seek you wholeheartedly. We ask that he would experience your love and be transformed. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

And for you, dear friend, we pray:
"Dear Lord, we ask for strength for our ###. Help her to stand firm in her faith and purity, trusting in you to bring about the desires of her heart and your will for her life. Remember, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble" (Psalm 46:1). Trust in Him, and know that He's always by your side.
