I return 5 pkgs with tracking as they told me i had to pay postage and to send in the order form and i would get my refund minus me paying postage which they said would do but now say not well it been over 6 weeks and they are ignoring me and still no refund even tho the tracking number they ask for to prove it showed it was dropped off at there desk and time date and name address so once again i feel for a rip off online products oh well years past i did same thing with diff company and items guess i still haven't learn to stop doing this so praying in Jesus name amen they will refund me and any one else that is going threw this same company

We hear your heart in this and we stand with you in prayer over this frustrating situation. Waiting more than six weeks after you did exactly what was asked, paying postage yourself, sending the order form, providing tracking that shows it was delivered to their desk with time and date and name, and then being ignored is disheartening. It is understandable to feel taken advantage of and to feel discouraged that this has happened before with a different company.

We know God sees dishonesty and He cares about justice even in matters like this. A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight. Proverbs 11:1. The Lord is not pleased when businesses deceive or withhold what is owed, and He also sees your honesty in trying to do what was right. We also hear how hard you are being on yourself, feeling like you should have learned by now. We want to encourage you not to remain in condemnation. We all make mistakes and we can grow in wisdom without carrying shame. The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty. Proverbs 21:5. God wants us to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. Matthew 10:16. That means we can learn to be more cautious, to research companies, to check reviews and to seek counsel before ordering, while still keeping a gentle and trusting heart toward Him.

We are thankful you brought this before the Lord in Jesus' name, for it is through Him we have access to the Father and it is in His name our prayers are heard. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. We also take comfort that even when people act unjustly, we can commit our way to Yahweh and trust also in him, and he will do this. Psalm 37:5. And we are reminded not to seek revenge ourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. That does not mean we do nothing, but we trust God as our ultimate provider and judge while we also take wise and lawful steps.

Practically, we encourage you to keep all documentation, the tracking, the order form copy, receipts for postage and any emails or messages. If you paid by credit card or PayPal, consider contacting them to dispute the charge and explain the return was received but no refund given. You may also consider reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau or the Federal Trade Commission and your state attorney general's consumer protection division, as this can help protect others who are going through the same thing with this company, as you prayed for.

Your trial in this matter of honest dealing has been heard, and we bring it before the Lord with you. To labour for what is just, to send back that which was required of you, to prove by the faithful witness of the tracking that it was received, and then to be met with silence and denial, is a sore test of the spirit. It is no small thing to feel yourself wronged and overlooked, and to fear that you have been ensnared again as in former years.

We would have you see in this a school for that patience of which the Scripture speaks. You have heard of the patience of Job, and you remember that his patience was not the patience of a perfect man who never felt the smart, but of a tried man who learned to possess his soul in trial. Such patience is not the dull endurance of one who cannot complain, but the quiet confidence of a child who believes in his Father's love even when the way is rough. The Lord who permits this vexation would teach you to wait upon Him, to be still and know that He sees.

And He does see. The God with whom we have to do is slow to anger, and His lictor carries the axe bound up in rods, yet He will not at all acquit the wicked. Justice is not an uncertain thing with Him. Earthly justice may be delayed or denied, men may forget their promise and withhold what is due, but divine justice neither slumbers nor errs. If we were to be dealt with according to strict justice, where would any of us be, for we have all insulted that same justice by our sins. But blessed be His name, justice has been satisfied at Gethsemane and at Calvary, where the Saviour bore the fiery hail that should have fallen upon us, and now God can be just and yet the justifier of him that believeth in Jesus. Because justice has been satisfied for us in Christ, we can leave our cause in the hands of a just God without bitterness or railing.

We pray with you and for you, that the Lord would incline the hearts of those who hold what is yours to do that which is honest and right, that they may render the refund that is due and deal truthfully not only with you but with all others who have suffered in like manner through the same hands. We ask that He would restrain dishonesty and bring to light what is done in secret, and that He would in His providence either restore to you what has been withheld or in His better wisdom provide for you out of His own fullness, so that your need be met.

We pray also that He would give you a calm and patient heart, that you may not be consumed with fretting, but may cast this burden upon Him who careth for you. May He teach you prudence for the time to come, and keep you from reproaching yourself without measure, for there is forgiveness and wisdom to be found in Christ for all our past errors. May this trial work in you that patience which the Scriptures inculcate and which the Scriptures themselves produce in those who meditate upon them and trust the promise of a faithful God.

We commend you to Him who is both just and merciful, asking that His peace may rule in your heart, and that even out of this disappointment He may bring good to your soul, and make you to know more fully the love of Him who suffered for you, that you might be dealt with not according to justice alone but according to grace. May the Lord hear your cry offered in the name of Jesus, and answer according to His perfect will.

Your prayer has been heard and I understand the frustration and discouragement you are feeling after waiting more than six weeks, paying the postage as instructed, sending the order form and tracking, and still being ignored even though the delivery was confirmed to their desk.

It is right to bring matters of justice before God. Scripture shows us that God cares deeply about justice and honesty in our dealings, and that even in this world He has given us a sense of right and wrong that calls for fair treatment. When you are wronged in this way, it is not a small thing to Him. He sees what has been done and He hears those who cry out to Him.

I also hear the weariness in your words as you say you feel taken advantage of again and wonder if you will ever learn. Do not let shame or bitterness take root. Instead, bring this persistently to the Lord in prayer. We are taught to pray at all times and with perseverance, like the widow who kept coming to the judge until she was heard, like the friend who knocked at midnight until the door was opened, and like the woman who would not stop asking until the Lord answered. Perseverance in prayer is not to wear God down, but to show our trust that He hears and to keep our hearts close to Him while we wait.

Let us pray together now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, through whom alone we have access to You, I lift up this need to You. You see the records, the tracking, the promises that were made and not kept. I ask that You would move upon those responsible in this company to do what is just and to return what is owed, not only to this one who has prayed but to all others who are going through the same situation with them. Give wisdom for the next steps, peace to guard the heart from anxiety and discouragement, and grace to act with honesty and self control even while seeking what is right. Grant also discernment for the future, so that decisions about purchases may be made with prudence and care. We trust Your justice and Your mercy, and we ask this in the name of Jesus, amen.

It is understandable why you feel discouraged and even defeated after doing what you were told to do, paying the postage, sending the order form, providing the tracking that shows the packages were delivered, and then waiting more than six weeks with no refund and no answer. That sense of being taken advantage of a second time can weigh heavily, and discouragement is one of the most effective tools the enemy uses to wear down your heart and to make you want to pull back even from the Lord. When that heaviness comes, the best response is to remember the Lord, that He is with you and will give you strength, and not to let discouragement keep you from His Word and from prayer.

What you describe is also a matter of justice and honesty. God cares deeply about fairness. He calls His people to keep judgment and do justice, to live honestly and not to cheat or take advantage of others, and He pronounces blessing on the person who chooses that honest way. Scripture is very realistic about times when justice seems far away, when truth seems to have fallen in the street and fairness cannot be found, even in places where justice should be most certain. God sees that. He is a God of righteousness and justice, and He has a special concern for those who are poor, needy, and oppressed. He is a refuge for the oppressed, and while human systems often fail and the clever lie sometimes appears to win for a season, there is a true and final justice that belongs to Him. The wheels of justice may grind slowly, but they grind finely, and wealth that is gotten by empty schemes and vanity does not last.

There is also a word of wisdom here that the book of Proverbs holds out. God wants to give instruction in wisdom, justice, judgment and fairness, to give prudence to the simple and knowledge and discretion to the young. A wise person will hear and increase in learning. It is not to condemn you for trusting again, but to encourage you to grow in carefulness for the future, to seek counsel, to weigh offers carefully, and to let this painful experience teach discernment without letting it harden your heart.

I am praying for you in the name of Jesus, asking that the Lord would intervene in this situation, that if it is possible the company would do what is right and return what is owed to you, and that He would also help others who are going through the same thing with this seller. I am praying that He would be your refuge in this frustration, lift the weight of discouragement, and guard you from fear by reminding you that He is near. I am also praying that He would show you mercy and peace while you wait, and give you wisdom for every future decision, that you would walk in honesty and fairness yourself and know His blessing and His nearness through it all.
