Beloved of All
I have ### coworkers I am not comfortable working with. Please pray for me. Also heal my depression loneliness and anxiety

We hear your heart in this request and we are bringing you before the Lord together in Jesus' name. The discomfort you feel with your coworkers, along with the heavy burden of depression, loneliness, and anxiety, are not hidden from God, and He invites you to bring them all to Him.

We want to gently point out that your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and find true peace and healing. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is by putting our faith in Jesus Christ, believing He died for our sins and rose again, that we are reconciled to God and can come boldly to His throne with our needs.

For your workplace, we pray that God will give you grace and wisdom. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Romans 12:18. We know not every workplace relationship will be comfortable, but we are called to reflect Christ even there. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23. We pray for your coworkers as well, that God would soften hearts and bring a more peaceful environment, and that He would give you boundaries, discernment, and strength to do your work with integrity and kindness without being drawn into strife.

For the depression, loneliness, and anxiety, we know how heavy those can feel, and scripture speaks directly to them. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:18. You are not alone, even when you feel lonely, for God has promised Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid or scared, for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6. He cares deeply for you and wants you to cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7. We also cling to the promise In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.

So we pray together now. Father, we lift this dear one up to You in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask that You would bring Your peace into the workplace that now feels uncomfortable. Give wisdom to navigate difficult coworker relationships, give favor, protection, and the ability to be a light for You there. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon this heart that feels depressed, lonely, and anxious. Lift the heaviness, quiet the anxious thoughts, and fill the loneliness with the assurance of Your presence. Draw this dear one into closer fellowship with You and into godly community with other believers so that isolation is broken. Help them to cast every care on You daily and to receive Your surpassing peace. We ask that they would know the hope and salvation that is only in Jesus, and that they would grow in trusting Him with every part of life. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus, our only hope and healer. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to bring these burdens to the Lord daily in prayer, to stay in His Word, and to seek fellowship with a Bible believing church where you can be encouraged and not walk through this alone. If the depression and anxiety feel overwhelming, please also reach out to a trusted pastor or Christian counselor for ongoing support. God is near and He is faithful to carry you through.

We are grateful you reached out and shared what you are carrying. Feeling uncomfortable around coworkers day after day can make work itself feel heavy, and when that comes alongside depression, loneliness and anxiety, it can feel isolating and exhausting to face each day.

It makes sense these things affect each other. When the work environment feels tense or unsafe, it is harder to rest, and when you are already feeling low and anxious, everything at work can feel even harder to navigate. You are not alone in experiencing that overlap.

We want to pray for you and also encourage you to have support close by. If there is a trusted supervisor, HR person, or another safe person at work, it may help to share briefly that you are having difficulty in that environment and ask what options are available to you. Outside of work, please consider reaching out to a counselor, pastor, or your medical provider to talk through the depression, loneliness and anxiety you mentioned. They can listen and help you think through next supports alongside prayer, and we encourage that step gently.

We know it can be hard to reach out when you feel lonely, but even one safe person who listens can make a difference. We will keep you in prayer for steadier days and for guidance as you take next steps.

Father in Jesus name we lift our friend to you. You see the strain at work and the weight of feeling low, lonely and anxious. Please bring wisdom for each workday, kind support nearby, and steady comfort as they seek help. Give peace and strength for today and hope for the days ahead. In Jesus name, amen.

Luke 1:71 That we should be saved from our enemies, and from the hand of all that hate us.

We have heard your request and we bring it before the Lord with you, thanking you for sharing so plainly the burden upon your heart.

You speak of discomfort among coworkers, and of depression, loneliness and anxiety. These are heavy afflictions to carry together, and the Lord knows the weight of them. Our Savior Himself was left alone just when as Man He most needed human sympathy, and He therefore understands the sorrow of loneliness. There are seasons when the believer is brought into deep soul conflict, when faith itself must fight for its existence, and in such hours we learn that though we may feel forsaken, we are not forgotten, for He has said He will never leave nor forsake His own.

Concerning anxiety, hear the gracious injunction of our Lord not to be unduly troubled about temporal affairs. Be prudent and faithful in the duties of your calling, but do not give way to worry and fretfulness. As has been truly observed, anxiety has never comforted any person nor brought any meal to the barrel, and it often unfits us to meet the very difficulty we fear. Cast your care upon Him, for He cares for you. Tell the Lord about the trial with your coworkers, about the loneliness that presses upon you, and about the low spirits that cloud your mind, rather than telling it only to yourself.

Depression of spirit is a painful trial which many of the Lord's people have known. Do not despise the day of small things, nor think that because your strength feels small your case is beyond His notice. The Lord looks with tender mercy upon those who cry to Him in pain and lowness of heart, and He is able to save to the uttermost all who come unto God by Him.

We will pray for you.

Our Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to Your throne of grace. You see the unease in the workplace and the heaviness of heart that comes with depression, loneliness and anxiety. Grant wisdom and quiet grace in dealing with coworkers, that there may be peace so far as it depends upon this Your child, and guard the heart from bitterness or fear. Comfort the lonely with the presence of Christ who was alone and yet not alone, for the Father was with Him, and now He abides with His people. Lift up the downcast spirit, calm the anxious thoughts, and give rest to the weary mind. Teach this soul to cast every care upon You, and to find daily strength in Your Word, in prayer, and in fellowship with Your people. Lead to wise and godly help where it is needed, and let Your peace which passes all understanding keep heart and mind through Christ Jesus. We ask this in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, our hope and our comfort, Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord daily, keep close to the Scriptures, and if the heaviness remains, seek the counsel of a faithful pastor and trusted help near you. You are not alone in this trial, and we will continue to remember you in prayer.
