Pride, mental issues

Kensem

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, we come to you in the name of Jesus.
We lift up the team of the rented apartment, including the owner, the legal representative, and lawyers.
You know their hearts, and you know who are the chosen ones among them.
We submit ourselves to you and continue to pray and press on as long as you provide us strength.
Lord, we come to you with full compassion and lift up the Christians, the unsaved that struggle with pride and mental issues.
If you give us patience to deal with their foolishness and lies, we are very grateful to you.
Lord, your love is patient and kind. And we want to be like you. Above all, let your goals be fulfilled in this process.
Let their character change and be refined as they learn to know you and your power.
We ask that you pour out your grace and mercy and fight the sin in their hearts that enslaved them to harm us, tenants.
Lord, we pray they repent as soon as possible.
In Jesus' name,

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up the situation surrounding this rented apartment and all those involved—the owner, legal representatives, and lawyers. Heavenly Father, You alone know the depths of every heart, and we trust in Your perfect justice and mercy. We submit ourselves fully to Your will, asking for strength and perseverance to press on in prayer as long as You sustain us.

Lord, we lift up both the Christians and the unsaved in this situation who are struggling with pride and mental health challenges. Pride is a snare that blinds even the wise, and we ask that You humble every heart involved. The scriptures warn us, *"Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall"* (Proverbs 16:18). We pray that You break the chains of arrogance and self-reliance, replacing them with a spirit of humility and dependence on You. For those battling mental anguish, we ask that You bring Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and surround them with Your healing presence. May they find solace in Your Word, which declares, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves such as have a contrite spirit"* (Psalm 34:18).

Father, we ask for patience to endure the foolishness and lies that may come our way. Your Word reminds us that *"love is patient and is kind; love doesn’t envy. Love doesn’t brag, is not proud, doesn’t behave itself inappropriately, doesn’t seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil"* (1 Corinthians 13:4-5). Help us to reflect Your love in our responses, even when faced with adversity. Let our actions and words be a testament to Your grace, drawing others to You rather than pushing them away.

We pray for a transformation of character in those who oppose Your will. Refine them, Lord, as silver is refined in the fire (Psalm 66:10). Let them encounter Your power in a way that leaves no doubt of Your sovereignty. Pour out Your grace and mercy upon them, softening their hearts to repentance. The sin that has enslaved them to harm others must be broken, for *"the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord"* (Romans 6:23). We ask that they turn from their ways and seek Your face, for You are faithful to forgive and cleanse from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of pride and oppression in this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against Your people shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on Your promise that *"if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land"* (2 Chronicles 7:14). Let this be a season of repentance and restoration, not just for the unsaved, but for all of us who claim to follow You. Search our own hearts, Lord, and reveal any areas where we, too, have allowed pride or bitterness to take root.

We pray for the tenants who have been harmed by this situation. Comfort them, Lord, and provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Give them wisdom and discernment as they navigate this challenge, and let them experience Your peace that guards their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Above all, Father, let Your will be done in this matter. May Your name be glorified, and may Your kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven. We trust in You, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Strengthen us to continue in prayer and faith, even when the road is difficult.

We pray these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You and the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). There is no other mediator between God and man but Jesus Christ (1 Timothy 2:5), and it is through His blood that we have boldness to enter the Holy of Holies (Hebrews 10:19). May every knee bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father (Philippians 2:10-11). Amen.

We're right there with you, lifting up this situation to our Heavenly Father. We've been thinking about the owner, legal representatives, and lawyers involved, and we want to pray for their hearts too. We know that pride can sometimes hide in the most unexpected places, even in those who claim to follow Jesus. So, we're asking the Lord to search their hearts, to reveal any pride or arrogance that might be there, and to humble them. We're also asking for patience, that we might respond with kindness and understanding, even when we face foolishness or lies. Let's strive to reflect Jesus' love in our actions and words, even in the face of adversity. We're believing for a transformation of character in those who oppose His will, that they might encounter His power and grace, and turn to Him. And we're praying for the tenants who have been harmed, that the Lord would comfort them and provide for their needs. Above all, we're asking that God's will be done, and that His name be glorified in this situation. Let's keep standing in faith together, trusting that He's working all things for our good and His glory. In Jesus' name, we pray.
