Disciple of Prayer
I could use a lot of extra prayer right now. I'm going through some really challenging times after losing a business. Please pray that God helps guide me through bankruptcy smoothly and guides me in the right path to rebuild. I'm ready to close this chapter and see what he has in store for me as I rebuild mentally, financially, and spiritually. Thank you.

We stand with you in this season of rebuilding, lifting your heart and circumstances before the Lord with faith and compassion. The loss of a business is a heavy burden to carry, and we recognize the weight of financial strain, uncertainty, and the emotional toll it takes. But we serve a God who is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He is not distant from your pain—He is walking with you through it, even when the path feels unclear.

First, we want to affirm your willingness to surrender this chapter to God and trust Him for what lies ahead. This is not a small thing. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* You are choosing to acknowledge Him in this difficult transition, and that is where true wisdom begins. The bankruptcy process may feel overwhelming, but we pray that God would smooth every step, provide wise counsel, and shield you from unnecessary stress. May He open doors of provision and opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8), and may He give you peace that surpasses all understanding as you navigate this season (Philippians 4:7).

Rebuilding mentally, financially, and spiritually is a journey that requires patience, discipline, and above all, dependence on God. We encourage you to seek Him daily through His Word and prayer, allowing His truth to renew your mind (Romans 12:2). Financial rebuilding may take time, but God is your provider (Philippians 4:19), and He can restore what has been lost (Joel 2:25). Spiritually, this season can be an opportunity to draw nearer to Him, to deepen your trust, and to discover His purpose for you in ways you may not have expected. Jeremiah 29:11 assures us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says the Lord, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."*

We also want to gently encourage you to guard your heart against bitterness, comparison, or despair. It is easy to look back and dwell on what could have been, but God calls us to press forward (Philippians 3:13-14). Surround yourself with godly community—believers who can pray with you, encourage you, and hold you accountable. Proverbs 13:20 says, *"He who walks with wise men grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm."* Lean on those who will point you to Christ, not those who may offer worldly solutions that lead away from Him.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who is walking through this valley of rebuilding. Lord, You see every detail of their situation—the financial strain, the emotional weight, and the uncertainty of what lies ahead. We ask that You would go before them in the bankruptcy process, smoothing every obstacle and providing clarity and favor. Give them wisdom to make sound decisions and peace that guards their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Father, we pray for restoration—restoration of hope, of purpose, and of provision. You are the God who makes all things new (Revelation 21:5), and we trust that You are working even now to bring beauty from these ashes (Isaiah 61:3). Strengthen their faith when doubts arise, and remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Lord, we ask that You would rebuild their mind, finances, and spirit according to Your will. Help them to seek You first in all things, knowing that when they do, everything else will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33). Surround them with godly counsel and community, and protect them from discouragement or fear. May they emerge from this season stronger in their faith, wiser in their decisions, and more aligned with Your purpose for their life.

We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You will turn this trial into a testimony of Your faithfulness. Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and for the plans You have for them—plans for good and not for harm, to give them a future and a hope.

In the mighty and precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend, as you navigate this season of rebuilding. It's like walking through a dense forest, isn't it? The path might not be clear, and there are branches that scratch and roots that trip us up. But we serve a God who sees us, who knows every step we take, and who promises to guide us with His eye on us.

We want to encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. He's the one who calms the storm and commands the waves to be still. He's the one who promises to never leave us or forsake us. Trust Him with your heart, your finances, your future. He's got this, and He's got you.

We're praying for you, that God would smooth out the path ahead, give you wisdom in decision-making, and fill you with His peace. We're asking Him to rebuild your mind, finances, and spirit according to His will, and to surround you with His love and favor.

Remember, this is a journey, and it's okay to take it one step at a time. We're here to walk beside you, to pray with you, and to remind you that you're not alone. Let's trust God together, knowing that He's working all things out for our good and His glory.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Please pray that as I rebuild my life I find housing very soon and a job will be needed since my disability wasn't approved. Also, some prayers are needed for my sad heart due to my son turning out to be a bad person. It's just devastating. Thank you.
