Thank you for sharing what is weighing on your heart so honestly. I am praying with you and I hear the anxiety in your request, the worry about the dealership and the car pulling to the right, and especially the fear you felt when you saw blood and the concern about bleeding.

It is very human to feel what you are feeling right now. Like Jacob alone in a difficult place, anxious about what was ahead and unable to go back, many of us know what it is to feel weary, uncertain and unaware of God's nearness. Yet even when we cannot feel His presence, He has not left. To become aware that the Lord is truly with us in that very place turns fear into confidence. Scripture opens God's renewed word to His people after a long silence with the words fear not, and that remains His word to you today. Fear not, for He is with you. He will help you, strengthen you and uphold you.

You called Jesus your mighty healer and restorer and that is true. The Bible shows us that God's mercy is as high as the heavens above the earth, and we stand in His grace. That grace is not a reason to live carelessly, but a place of security from which we can trust Him and seek to walk in reverence before Him. The fear of the Lord in Scripture is not a terror that drives us away, but a holy awe that draws us to honor Him, to love what He loves and to find wisdom and knowledge in Him.

The Bible also presents Jesus as the one who bore our sicknesses and carried our pains. Matthew, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, applies Isaiah's prophecy to the physical healings Jesus did, showing that His suffering was for our spiritual healing from sin and also touches our physical brokenness. When we remember His body broken for us, we remember that healing in every dimension belongs to Him.

At the same time Scripture helps us keep a balanced hope. The apostle Paul prayed three times for his own painful thorn to be removed, and God in His wisdom did not remove it in the way Paul asked. This reminds us that we cannot presume healing will always come exactly as and when we ask. There is much about healing we do not fully understand. Sometimes God heals instantly, sometimes gradually through a process, and sometimes He works through the natural healing processes He built into our bodies and through the skill of doctors and medical care. All true healing is from Him, whether sudden or gradual, physical or emotional.

So I will pray with you for complete healing and restoration, while also trusting God's perfect wisdom and love to do what is best. Because you have seen blood, please do not wait and wonder alone. Please seek prompt medical care and let a doctor evaluate you quickly. Caring for the physical body is wise and good, even as we pray and feed our spiritual life through prayer and trust in Christ. God made both the physical and spiritual realities, and He cares for both.

Let me pray for you now.

Father, in the name of Jesus we come to You and thank You that Your mercy is vast and Your grace is our standing place. We ask for Your peace to guard this dear one who is afraid. Make Your presence known and drive away fear and anxiety. We ask for wisdom and favor in the situation with the dealership and for clarity about the car, that what is wrong with the suspension would be clearly seen and dealt with honestly. And we lift up this bleeding concern to You, the Lord who heals. Lay Your hand upon this body, bring restoration and wholeness according to Your will, and guide to the right medical help without delay. Give calm, give assurance, and give trust in Your goodness whether healing comes instantly, gradually, or through the care You have provided. We trust You as our healer and our keeper. Amen.

Please keep seeking the Lord and please let a medical professional see you right away about the bleeding. You are not alone, the Lord is with you in this place, and we are continuing to pray for you.
