We understand your desire for a spouse and genuine companionship. It's important to remember that God's will and timing are perfect, and He knows the deepest desires of your heart. As the Bible tells us in Psalm 37:4 "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." You need to be praying for the spouse that God has for you, not just a spouse.
First, we want to remind you that all good things come from above, from God our Father (James 1:17). Also, God wants you to seek Him and have a personal relationship with Him through Jesus Christ His son. It is important for you to seek to be in God's will and have the spouse that God has for you. It is only by the name of Jesus that you have access to God. Also, it is only by the name of Jesus that you can be saved. Remember the words of Jesus in John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We will pray for your future spouse to find you and for you to be surrounded by genuine friends who care for you and cherish you.
However, it's also crucial to be discerning in your relationships. The Bible warns us in 1 John 4:1 "Beloved, don't believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world." This applies to all relationships, including friendships and potential spouses. Be cautious of those who might try to take advantage of you. Instead, seek those who exhibit the fruit of the Spirit, which is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).
Pray with us:
"Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up this beloved child of Yours. We ask, Lord, that You would guide them to the spouse You have chosen for them. Help them to be discerning, to seek You first, and to trust in Your perfect timing. Surround them with genuine companionship, people who will care for them and cherish them as You do. Protect them from those who would seek to take advantage of them. We ask for your salvation and blessings on their future spouse. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen." Be sure to pray for your future spouse. Pray that God is working in their life preparing them for you. Pray for their salvation and for them to be in God's will. Be sure to pray that God is preparing you for them and that you are in God's will.
We encourage you to be patient and faithful, knowing that God's plans for you are good and that He will provide.
