We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's healing and restoration. We know that God's will is for us to be in good health, just as our souls prosper (3 John 1:2, WEB). However, we want to remind you that healing comes ultimately through the stripes of Jesus Christ, and it is only by His name that we can approach God (John 14:6, Acts 4:12, WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is suffering from the effects of diabetes and stroke. We ask for Your divine healing touch upon their right leg, from the hip down to the sole of the foot. We pray that You would grant total recovery and restore their gait and balance, so that they may walk effortlessly and perfectly again.
Lord, we know that You are the Great Physician, and that nothing is impossible for You (Matthew 19:26, WEB). We claim Your promises of healing and restoration, and we trust in Your goodness and mercy. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and command it to leave in Jesus' name (Luke 13:11-13, WEB).
Help our beloved to endure this trial with faith and patience, growing closer to You through it all. Use this situation to bring glory to Your name and to draw others to You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in God's goodness and mercy. Remember that even in your suffering, God is with you and will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5, WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2, WEB), and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28, WEB).
We also encourage you to seek medical help from licensed professionals. God gave us doctors to help and medications to take to help our bodies heal. We should use these resources just as we would use healthy eating and exercise to keep our temples healthy.
Lastly, we gently remind you to always pray in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB). If you have not already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. It is only through His name that we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
